Homecoming was… AWESOMEly fun!!! Ahhh. But I don’t have time to write all about it because I’ve got two huge projects due Monday that I couldn’t work on at all yesterday since I wasn’t home at all. See… that’s why at SSSAS they give you no homework the weekend of homecoming >.< So no one else who went has to worry about tons of homework x.x. But it was sooo great to see everyone again! And I was able to be so load and have so much fun that I haven’t had since the end of the school year last year. And it was freezing cold and rainy so they had all the moon bounces and stuff (like the stuff they sell in the bookstore) inside the upper school instead of out on the grounds so the gym and the places around it were incredibly packed. When I ran into Cameron he had an SSSAS CD case that he got for free so I went to get one and I got an alumni pin too! (‘cause I’m an alumni now that I graduated the middle school then left SSSAS *happy/sad smile*). And during the game Stephanie had the smart idea to have everyone sign her jeans and then since I had my favorite (but to old to wear to school since it has a hole in it) pair of jeans I had everyone I could sign it once Stephanie was done. Lauren, Katie, and I ended up leaving a bit after half time because we were already losing 6-0 and it was cold and we had finished our hot chocolate. Then we went back to Lauren’s and got ready for dinner/the dance. Dinner was lots of fun. We went to Los Amigos in Old Towne and both Laurens, Stephanie, Katie, Kelly, Charlotte, Natalia, Emma, Joanna, Sam, Sydney, me (of course), and a new girl named Anastasia. It was much fun and we took lots of pictures! And I ate a chicken taco and yucca! (I LOVE yucca!). Then we went to the dance. We had to wait outside for a while and it was freezing! Then we got in and danced in the cafeteria (why the cafeteria??) And everyone took their shoes of since we were dressed up (who wants to dance in high heels?) Then we went and danced. It was lots of fun and it took seven other dances and for me not even go to the same school anymore but everyone finally got me to actually dance during the dance instead of just stand there looking dumb! Then halfway through the dance I remembered I had brought my camera and ran around taking pictures of everything I could. Sydney and I kept trying to get a picture of the two of us …but of course I was the one taking the picture so it was kind of hard. There’s one of just our hair flying around because right before I took the picture Sydney slipped on the higher part of the ground we were on (it was kind of like a mini step… we were outside right behind the cafeteria). Funny. Then U got this hilarious picture of Andrew were he has his lip stuck out and his eyes wide XD. Then while we were out side I was talking to Lauren and Sydney and was like ‘I wonder what a picture through the window would look like!’ So I took one. And of course the flash was on so the people who got their picture taken just stopped and stared at us (it was a few guys in our grade …I think Stephen and Spencer and I know Chris…) especially Chris he had this hilarious ‘wtf?’ expression on his face. XDDD. Then either right after or right before I took pictures I got kind of sad. I had been really happy throughout most of the dance because I was seeing all my friends and all the people I know but then I started thinking of how once the dance ends I wont see them again and how they’d all get to be back in school Monday but not me… and then they played Good Riddance (Time of Your Life) which the boys from across the hall in Mr. Wolf’s science class came and played for our science class on the last day of school before finals came and played for us. And we sang with them and it was really sweet and sad and Lauren and I started crying walking back from class while I went to Spanish and she went to drama- and anyways when they played it at the dance it really made me cry even though I had been trying not to because it’s a sad song and reminded me of that and how I’ve left SSSAS and everything …but then everyone tried to cheer me and I had a good time for the rest of the dance. …I don’t really know any popular songs but I knew the last slow song and it’s one I likeJ. When they played it we all made a circle where we put our arms around everyone’s necks and rocked back and forth then everyone but Lauren, Katie, Anastasia, and I left the circle so we kept rocking back and forth for awhile then Courtney came up and we started to ‘dance’. She like pulled me over and we fell halfway across the cafeteria than ran the rest of the way then ran back and twirled around and just acted like idiots!^^ Then the dance ended and we all ran around hugging each other and saying how good it was to see everyone and saying how we’d miss them.
…I’m sorry I made this so long (it’s over a page typed up in Microsoft Word). And I’m sorry I probably wont be able to visit your guy’s sites even though I’ve written such a long post but I just had such a great time and wanted to write about it so I don’t forget any thing and so that if you guys have been worried about how lousy a time I’ve been having in my new school you’ll know that I’m still managing to have a good time when I get to see my friends and everyone from my old school! ^____^ Wow it’s 4:14 now… it’s taken me over and hour to write this…:D
