Time Posting – 6:30AM
Heh. I’m posting really early because the hot water for my hot chocolate is taking really long to boil and I don’t have any thing else to do to get ready for school. Yesterday I was up past one doing homework because I procrastinated so much. I didn’t get to post yesterday but I did scan all the stuff from my trip to Italy. I saved them to imageshack but I want to find a better way to show them to people…
Time Posting – 5:06PM
Blaaaah. I had to go to school before I could finish my post. Track was cold today. Heh. And ummm. The people who I ride to school with’s dad forgot to pick me up and they had to come back and get me. Then when we got to school one car hit one of the administrators… I think he had to go to the hospital but he should be fine. We had a fire drill today and in health class we watched the movie about drinking that we saw in family life last year. It has a couple different groups of teens who drink a lot do different exercises to show them how drinking harms them and their friends/family. The last part of the movie they have four friends and pretend they get killed in a drunk driving accident (except the driver who gets sent to jail) and then they have like a mock funeral for the three who ‘died’ and the three kids who ‘died’ and their parents read these poems they wrote that are like Farwell letters. It’s really sad and when I saw it last year I cried (though we didn’t get to the part where they read the poems before the fire drill).
…That was the last day of school (besides finals week and awards day and graduation) last year when we watched it and we also got to try on drunk goggles in family life that day. That was very funny/fun.^^ I remember when we got to class that day I started spinning on the spiny chair and said “ooh! I want to spin in the spiny chair when we put the goggles in” and Eric, who was in Miss Ruberg’s advisory (which was the room family life was in), was like “nooo trust me you don’t I tried and…”. XD I found that funny.
…I don’t think I ever talked about my last day of school last year because we left for South Carolina right after sports ended. In science class we all called Mr. Wolfe in and sang the Graduation Song/Friends Forever for him -the one that goes:
“As we go on
We remember
All the times we’ve had together
And as our lives change
Come whatever
We will still be friends forever”
Ahhh. I love that song but it’s sad! Anyways at the end of the class Mr. Wolfe sent some of his guys in and they sang Good Riddance/Time of Your Life to us. But most of them didn’t know the words so we ended up singing too. Then when we where walking to our next class Lauren and I started talking about it and how sad it was and we both started crying (like not sobbing just having tears) and I was like “Lauren, I’m diffidently the first to tear up!” (Because we have an inside joke where we both end up crying from laughing so hard during lunch so we have a competition to see who starts crying first). Then I came into Spanish class and I said to Profe Gray, “Profeeeee, science class made me cry!” And then in track we had nothing to do so Mr. Wolfe let us go visit whatever sport we wanted to. Emma, Will, and I all went to softball where we played this fun tag game where we got into a circle and hooked arms with another person and two people where chasing two other people and the people being chased had to hook arms with someone on the outside and the other person who hooked arms with the person had to run into the circle and do the same thing. That last day of class was so fun… but now I’m sad from thinking about it again… awww. I miss SSSAS so much.
