   ...

My dad finally got around to getting one of those special cables to hook the broadband internet (yes, we kicked off dial-up! ^-^) to my computer. My dad was...confident in himself and he tried to install the internet. Somehow, how I do not know, my dad knocked out my SOUND while installing the internet. IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?!! So now, I am without sound. I can't watch youtube, cuz I can't hear anything or listen to music. Gah! Why daddy?! Why couldn't have waited for me to come home from school till you started messing with my computer?! Still... I have to admit that the internet's nice. XD

   Expect changes!

I'm learning how to change the layout of my site like some html savvy people (like Lifes Burden). Anyway, as soon as I get the hang of it there'll be a complete makeover of my site. Fanfiction News My shaman king story, the Chinese Lotus, is being rewritten. Azure Sand, my Naruto fic, will be updated as soon as I am satisfied with the chapter. AS's earlier chapters are also being rewritten. That's it for today! Toodles, people!

Virginia Tech Shootings

I'm sure you've all heard about the killings. It's awful, but I won't say that I can imagine what those families and friends are going through- that would be just wrong. Truth is, I can't imagine what they're going through. I've never lost anyone close to me like that before. My grandparents suffered strokes and seizures, my uncle died too young, but I still can't quite compare to those people. I do understand their feelings of loss and sadness. I cannot do much, as I'm not directly connected to Virginia, but I'll do this- I'm going to pray. Now, I'm not a particurely religious person, I'm sorry to say, but there are times when you must get on your knees and pray, not for yourself but for others. I'm going to pray every night and I hope I've convinced others on this site to do so, too. God bless Virginia Tech and America and all the souls of the departed.

   I ATE MY TEACHER?!!!

In Spanish class, my teacher asked my class to write about what we did during the week. Well, I was staying at school on saturday for an extracuricular thing, but the sponsers did't order enough food for all the kids. Thankfully, one of the teachers gave me something to eat. So, I wrote in my paper in spanish and there was this one sentence that was supposed to mean "My teacher gave something to eat". When I turned my paper in, the teacher started laughing. "What's so funny?" "You said," she giggled, turning very red. "That you ate your teacher. "WHAT?!" I have lost all faith in my Spanish speaking abilities.
