LIFE AND DEATH?

Life...
I think of this one word which binds us all together...

Death...
I remember the pain it causes...

My wrist bleeds as I look in the mirror...
My eyes burn with tears...

I just wanted to be loved...
I just wanted to be heard...

No one cared...
Except you...

Life held us together...
But you had to be consumed by death...

Now that I make myself bleed...
Do you finally see?

I can't be with you in life any longer...
So death will be our main...

I love you...
I always have...

Now that I lie here in the darkness...
The blood running down my arm...

I feel free...
I smile as I see your face...

Your hand brushes my cheek as a tear runs down.
Don't cry for me...

I love you...
I always will...

Are you still bound to life?
Are you dead like me?

Or am I really just dead inside...
Don't hold me here...

I want to be with you!
I can't stay alive while you're all alone on the other side!

Are you dead...?
Am I alive...?

I look in the mirror...
I see my face...

This mask I've put on...
It melts away...

Are you life
And me death?

Are you death
And me life?

Why am I so blind to it all?
Or do I really see?

Tell me...
Are you my life? or my death?

I want to know...
Are we destined to be apart forever?
