You're like the rain,
Sweet and clean.
Your understanding and love,
Gradually takes away my pain.

You're like a simple embrace,
Strong and protective.
That keeps me away from the world,
And my own perspective.

You're like a dreamy daze,
So fantasing and fine.
With all the power in the world,
I dream that one day you maybe mine.

You're the perfect lover,
Wild and yet tame.
I hope and pray you don't feel any different,
But only the same.

Keep in mind,
Dearest lover.
When I say,"I love you,"
I mean it.
And I'd love no other.
