Finally!
For the past two weeks, work has been really slow and I had way too much free time on my hands. Today however, we got a couple of new contracts and I can go back to my full work schedule. I enjoyed the free time I spent with Michelle and playing around on the computer but, the bills still need to be paid. It sucks how things work out sometimes. When I was at work, I complained about not having much free time and when I got the free time, I was complaining about not having any work. Speaking of free time, I think I'll stop writing on this subject so I won't waste any more of yours.
Edit: Hmm, It looks like I was wrong. I start work on monday. It sucks having to get up at 5 o'clock in the morning and finding out that I didn't need to go in.

How old is too old?
Someone asked me a very good question in my guestbook and I feel that I should address it right here. I'm sure that alot of other people are wondering what a 22 year old would be doing at a place like MyOtaku. This person asked if I was a little old to be here. So, am I too old to be hanging out in an anime community? I like anime and I like interacting with other people so, I thought that this site would be great for me. I don't think that there is an age limit for this sort of thing and as I'm typing this, my grandfather comes to mind. When I was very little, my grandpa had VHS's of what I thought were weird cartoons. Back then, I didn't understand why somebody would watch cartoons in a different language(his stuff wasn't subbed, it was just japanese dialogue). In 1992, he had planned a road trip to California. My mom had the idea of me going and spending some time with him. Our destination was an anime con. Some people were dressed up as anime characters and alot of others were wearing plain flannel. I thought it was a weird place. My grandpa bought me a copy of Devil Hunter Yohko and he himself brought home a few LD's. Devil Hunter Yohko was the first anime that I was able to understand what was going on. My grandpas' LDs however, were still purely japanes. Yes, a 72 year old man(at the time) can enjoy anime like anyone else and it was he that got me to start watching it. Are me amd my granpa immature? What's your opinion?

Went through my closet...
I went through some of my old stuff from high school and I stumbled upon my notebook of poems. I'll post one here for y'all to read. It's entitled "HELL"(don't laugh, I was 15 at the time and I was in my goth phase).
When it's goodbye Earth, it's goodbye life and hope. Not being God's little drone, I must regret my birth. To repent my sins...I say nope. I will inevitabley return, with my hand bearing a bell. I will take you to burn, in the firey pit of hell.

It's a shame.
How can I change intolerant conservative rednecks into better people? I ask that because during Wednesday night mass at my my church, everyone was discussing "the evils of japanese culture" and they were totally stereotyping Japan saying that "it has nobody but queers and pedophiles". Tonight, I totally saw how intolerant and judgemental Pastor Ryan was when he spouted those words. He also said that Japanese cartoons and comics were turning decent Americans into Homosexuals and pedophiles. I gathered the nerve to approach and contradict him. He told the rest of the people there about my feelings and they gave me dirty looks and they were pulling their children closer to them as if they were trying to shield them from me. Pastor Ryan came closer to me and said, "You need serious help and until you get it, don't show your face here again." So, I up and left. I'm not changing and I am not going to that church again. This is a true story. The words I put in quotation marks were Pastor Ryans' EXACT WORDS. I hate prejudism and I hate racism very much. I wish there was a way to change their hearts and minds but, I feel it may be a lost cause.

My username means breast!!........????
I don't normally take quizzes but, this one got my attention. I took this one when I visited Samejima Mamimi's MO and it appears that my name in Japanese means breast/chest. I guess I learn something new everyday.

Not cool at all
I have a message to a MyOtaku user named Mangarat but, before I share that message, I'm going to explain what has been happening from the beginning. About a week ago I uploaded a picture of Saddam Hussein and wrote a caption that said, "Burn the Infidels!". I did this only as a joke and for satyrical purposes. Then, a MyOtaku member named Mangarat, wrote in my guestbook talking about how she was offended and she talked about how her dad and brother died in Iraq. I never meant to offend anyone in this way so, I changed my picture and I have a pic of Zagato from MKR. Yesterday, she commented me on one of my posts(click here to read it) admitting that the story she told about her family being killed in Iraq was just a lie. I'm not the only person she did this to. apparently she played this game with about ten other people(so she claims to have).
Mangarat, your little stunt wasn't funny at all. You accused me of using the Iraq war to get laughs when you were playing a much crueler joke. If you did do this to ten other people, expect retaliation. Your joke is going to boomerang and blow up right in your face. I'm not a vengeful person and I can forget that this happened but, those other people might not be as forgiving. I am not going to delete any of your comments because I won't delete anyone's comments at all. Whatever is written here, stays here. Well, that's all I got to say for now. I'll check back here later.

Maybe.....
Yeah, maybe I'll try writing fan-fiction. I was never good at writing any kind of stories but, I'll give it a try. I read alot of fics at The Tenchi Muyo Fan-Fiction Archive and I really liked alot of the crossover stories. Hmmm....Maybe a story with Lina Inverse crossing paths with......*thinking hard*..with...*still thinking*..Oh! I know! Lina Inverse VS.......Former U.S. President Ronald Reagan! Inverse VS. Reagan????? *scrathing head*Is that the best idea I can come up with? Do you see what I mean when I say that I'm not good at writing stories............? Well, I'm still going to give it a try.

changed my picture
Today, I changed my picture and caption. I used to have a picture of Saddam Hussein and a caption that read, "Burn the infidels!". A MyOtaku member who posted in my guestbook was apparently was very, very offended(go take a look at my guestbook, I didn't delete the entry) by the image of the brutal dictator. So, Mangarat, I apologize for offending you. I originally put it up as a little joke but, I understand how someone like Mangarat could be offended. She said that she had family killed in Iraq and war isn't a laughing matter. I still take joy in making fun of Saddam Hussein but, I didn't have any intention to get anybody this upset. I have just put up a new picture, this time of Zagato from MKR.
