A bad week.....Atleast we have nice neighbors.
I wonder if this week can get any worse? I had a fight with one of my friends/coworkers Monday and it almost got physical. He showed up at work high on coccaine and he actually threw a temper tantrum when he was told that he's going to get fired. He grabbed the supervisor and threw him to the ground. He then went after me and we kinda got eachother in headlocks. He let go, stormed out, and he called me a couple of times to say he was going to kill me and my kid. I didn't take it too seriously because this has happened many times before with him. He keeps promising he'll clean up his act but, after 15 years of friendship, I got end it. He keeps calling me, apologizing, and crying for me to forgive him. Not this time. I've had it with him. I'm not going to talk to him at all until he goes and gets help. Me and my wife have always tried to be there for him but, now he's on his own. I've known him since 2nd grade and I would've never imagined him ending up like this.
That's not all. Liz(my wife. I don't think I've mentioned her name yet) had to make an abrupt trip to England because her father had a stroke. He's doing alright and Liz will be back home hopefully on Saturday.
I went up to our new house and I met my neighbor. He lives quite aways from me but, it's the closest house to mine. He seamed like a pretty nice guy. He gave me a bunch of tomatoes and other stuff he grew. We stood by his truck and talked for a good couple of hours and I'm so relieved that I didn't have an asshole for a neighbor.
