   11:09 AM.Sun.Jun 20.

There was a rather interesting chat that went on last night involving hamster porn, dreams, innuedo, and making fun of Syk3.

Interesting indeed.

Anyway, yesterday was Father's Day, and I hope you all sent your Father a lovely card/gift. Unless of course he abandoned you at 5 or something and he doesn't deserve shit. But that's besides the point. I sent my father a father's day card! :D I felt so proud, because he didn't even get me a Christmas present. But, I'm not going to lower myself to his lowly level. I'm a good daughter, darnit!

Moving on. I tried to get my scanner working last night, but it's being a real pain in the arse, so I don't know what to do. I'd really like to get some fan art up, but, c'est la vie.

I really have no idea what I'm typing anymore. I'm feeling spectacularily groggy. Anyone have any suggestions for a cure?

9:56 AM.Sat.Jun 19.
Good Morning everyone!

I found some spare free time in my back pocket, so I decided to spend it here. ^.~ Anyway, lots of things have been going on! First off, Gabriella (one of my cousins) may not need surgery. As you can imagine, all of us here are just like, praising God.

On Wednesday, we went in for her pre-op, which is basically just a bunch of tests to make sure everything is in order for the operation. The last test, which was an ultrasound, revealed that on the side where they had thought there was damage, there was a double kidney! (So her right kidney, instead of looking like a lima bean, looks like a circus penut.) This of course, shed new light on the whole thing, and after hours of calling up what felt like every doctor in the whole state of California, they decided to postpone the operation, redo some tests, and see what the data said. But all things point to no operation, so we're all very happy. -^^-

On a lighter note, yesterday I got my hair done. She did this really cool thing with my bangs, trimmed it a couple inches and...streaked it red! :D It looks absolutely spiffy, and let me say, I feel so cool. I was going for pink, but they talked me into red. Mainly because they didn't really have too many different versions of the pink, but they had like, 50 different reds to choose from.

I also got a manicure and pedicure, which WERE pink, thus completing my happy-girly week. I am now ready to go to the Expo! :D

One other thing I have accomplished is to read A Child Called "It". That book is truly heart-breaking, but inspiring at the same time. It kind of made me want to give the world a hug for all the unecessary and useless pain people have to go through. I can't really give the world a hug, but I can try the OB, right? * gives everyone on myO and OB a giant hug * I love you all!!

And with that tender aura, I end this post. Ciao!

9:14 AM.Wed.Jun 16.

ANIME EXPO 2004 APPROACHES

I most likely will be going to the AX 2004 convention, which is going to be a hell of fun. Other OBers who will be there are OtakuSennen, Shinmaru, Panda, and possibly instantramen47.

Shin, Sennen, and I are planning on meeting in the Anahiem convention center lobby on the 3rd day of the convention, which is July 4th, at noon. If you happen to be going, look for Sennen, I have it on good authority that he'll be wearing a sign that says "Welcome OBers".

Which I, with my handy dandy digicam, am most definitely getting a picture of. XD

They have a bunch of really cool workshops, the Trade Room of course, and several other 'big events' (such as Anime Expo Idol ^.~), so I'm really looking forward to it.

This post will end my 'post every day' run, because I, unfortunatly, have a life I must be attending to. ;) On a serious note, both my cousins will be having surgey during the next week, and sufice to say, I'm nervous.

Gabriella has urine reflux disease, and this is causing kidney scarring, so she has to have surgery to correct it immediatly before worse damage is done. Her operation is this Thursday. Mark isn't sleeping well because his tonsils are blocking his airways, so he's having a tonsilectomy to have them removed. That happens next Tuesday. My uncle is returning home tonight from Zurich, Switzerland, and so we're welcoming him home too.

As you can see...full plate. Which means I won't be online as often as I have been, but I'll still be around. Much love to my OB family, and I'll see y'all later! Ciao!

   10:04 AM.Mon.Jun 14.
California Baby!

Yes minna-san, I am indeed in California. I got here around 6:45 pacific time (basically 10 PM my time), tired and hungry. Can you believe they charge 10$ for dinner on the airplane?! >=O Freggin' indecent! They gave us drinks like 5 times though, so not only was I hungry, but I had to pee reall bad too. Stupid airplane.

There were two MALE flight attendants. I swear I had hold my breath in order to keep from laughing.

There were, however, two ups to this trip. The first one was that it was my first trip completely alone, because 15 is the cut-off age for unaccompanied minors, meaning in the eyes of the airplane company, I'm an adult! * laughter is heard * Anyway, I had a three hour layover in Philly, although I'm not complaining because the airport there is huge! Not as big as Atlanta, but still huge. Why are all the big airports in Georgia...? O.o;; I, however, did not get lost!! I was so proud when I finally found my gate.

The other good thing was all the cool stuff I saw out of the airplane window. First we flew over the Sierra Nevada mountains, which looked so amazing...they were really beautiful. Then I saw this island that was identical to Pacman! It was great! One other cool thing I saw was all these different color land and water masses grouped together from bright red to dark blue and everything inbetween, so it looked like a giant artist's palette.

Nature really is one of the most spectacular and creative forces out there, if you just take the time to look...

On to other matters. The two days I've been here have been hectic. Rosie, my great-aunt who will be 95 in August (don't tell HER that though, she thinks she's 91), fell down, and my uncle came in and 'rescued' her.

Unfortunately, he was buck-naked.

Then, on Sunday, we had a big dinner party for two anastiesologists (did I spell that right?) who were leaving the hospital to go elsewhere. (My aunt is also an ana...thingy.) So we spent all day trying to get all the food together. We made really good food too! We had mozzerela and cherry tomato baby shishkabobs, and this yummy crackers and special cheeses, two different kinds of melon wrapped in this thin, ham-like meat (it had an Italian name, I forgot what though), and little squares of creamed artichoke between flakey bread.

We also had superb chicken and beef, noodle pasta, and cake. Man oh man was that delicious.

Later on that day, Rosie kept complaining of hip pain, so we took her to a clinic to see if she had broken a bone or something. And we waited. And waited and waited and waited. It took them 4 hours to get a bloody X-Ray done! Jebus. >.<

But she was okay (though from her complaining you wouldn't be able to tell), so we went home, blah blah blah, and here I am! I'm having a good time here, regardless of said incidents.

The twin toddlers (Gabriella and Mark) are sooo adorable! They're 2 and 1/2 now. So cute so cute so cute...

And that's all in my boring life. Muchas love to everyone! Ciao!

2:33 AM.Fri.June 11.
MMM YES, FAKE BLOOD! >XD

Just kidding. Anyway, I'm still in S.C., but I'm leaving this Saturday! :D * does one of her tribal dances * Right now I'm just sitting around, giggling madly to myself at Family Guy. I've seen the episode 5 times now, and it never fails to amuse. Of course, I always watch it way early in the morning when I'm high off of the fumes of staying up late, so that might be part of it.

Moving on...yes Sennen dearest, I shall be in California on July 4th. If you send me the info on the...the...that...you know what I'm talking about, right? I only read it five minutes ago...I think someone gave me defective short-term memory.

...or maybe it's all those times I fell down the stairs, ran into doors, and slammed into my closet door. It's something to ponder on a rainy day. ;)

What was I talking about? Oh yea, that thing. Anyway, Sen, send me the info on it and I'll try my hardest to be there. That'd be so awesome if we could set it up! :D

Summer has been pretty kick-arse so far. I saw Sherek 2 (so funny!), HP 3 (good actors and nice special effects, but they still did a horrible job of translating from book to script), and The Day After Tommorow - which rocked so much it deserves more than a quick comment in parenthesis. They did it SOOO well!! The special effects are amazing, the actors were great, and the lines weren't cheesy at all! I expected at least a few corny "I'll save you" lines, but the script was spiffin. See it in theaters you can, but bring a sweater. You get seriously cold, because your mind is in the movie, and the movie is a bunch of, well, snow. A good one to see with S.O.S. (some one special) or your crush, because it's totally understandable if you want to scoot a little closer or grip their hand in suspense and fear. ;) Just passin a little Karma along...unfortunatly, I didn't have any hot sexy love with me, but that's okay. I got to stare at Jake Gyleenhal, I'm good. ;) (So shallow, yet so satisfying...)

Mmmm...on to serious matters. A few of my friends have been acting really needy. (Don't worry it's not an OBer ^.~) One in particular is acting like I'm her only friend, her only life line. X_x I feel like I'm being suffocated. But the more I push her away, the harder she clings. When I try to give her advice she either a) doesn't understand it, b) rejects it, or c) accepts as the right advice but doesn't act on it. I talked to someone about it, and they suggested telling her how I felt, and I know I need to for both our sakes, but I don't know how without really hurting her, especially considering she's super sensitive. If anyone has any advice, I'm open to just about anything now. All ears as they say! :D

To end this on a cheerful note, I just got my orange belt in karate!! I am so proud! It's still pretty low in the ranks, but I don't care, I have been a yellow belt so long that it is like getting my black belt. :D To quote a friend, "My 1 point means more to me than your 12 do to you!"

That's what's on the up and up on this side of the crazy house. Ciao!

2:47 AM.Thursday.May 27th.
It worked Mimmi!
Heheh, you thought of me, and I came back! How cool is that? I think we really do have some kind of psychic connection or something.
Anyway, I'm getting Internet back as soon as I can pay for the bloody phone line to get repaired because someone * coughmyfathercough * ripped it off in a fit of rage. -.- It figures I have to pay (literally) for his complete and utter lack of self control. Also, I should be going to California around June 12th. I would love to see some of the Californian OBers, so drop me a line if your in the neighborhood. I can't make any guarentees, but setting something up would be really cool. :D

On another note, school is over! Fine, Period End of Story! Inexpressible utter and complete joy! May there be happiness and mountain dew for all! Ah, the wonderful supreme contentment in sleeping in. Mmmm...warm bed warm bed warm bed natural awakening no more bloody alarm clock until Aug. 9th! YAY!

I am rather pleased that school has ended. Can you tell? ;)

I saw Kill Bill yesterday, it was an excellent movie. I really enjoyed the soundtrack too. Note to self: buy soundtrack.

Anyway, I think I am going to go to bed now. I should be on during regular hours soon, hopefully. I plan on guilting my parents into giving me money. :D And I don't feel bad because he shouldn't have ripped it out in the first place. >.>

Much love to everyone, I hope to see you all soon! Huggles and kisses especially to Mimmi who I have not seen in so very long!

12:10 AM.Sun.May 16.

June approaches...

Hey y'all. It's exactly one month since my last update! ^^; First of all: Thank you Semjaza for clearing the KH2 question. * showers magical controller-shaped confetti upon him * Yay!

Not much going on in my life...I'm dreading finals, which are next week. Then, come May 24, my freshmen year in high school is over! Praise The Dew Lords! Come on, let's do a tribal dance everyone! * does a tribal dance * Whee!

I had a pretty bad day Friday though...stayed up all night Thursday writing my project (as Syk3 and Ken and Japan know) and put my 6-page essay on a disk to be printed out at school. I get to school and lo and behold: THE DISK IS BROKEN. I try all my computer tricks to get it to work, but it's still refusing to give me the whole paper. So I explain to my teacher the dilemma, and ask if she's still giving me a late grade. She says yes. At that point I just stuck my face in my arms and cried. I probably wouldn't have if I had gotten a good night's sleep, but I didn't, and exhaustion makes bad things infinitely worse. I didn't hate her for saying she would give me a late grade, she's a teacher and things have to be on time or else, she can't make exceptions. I hated her because she called me out of class, insisting I come when I shook my head no, no I didn't want to walk across the room hypervenhilating and red and puffy and crying. Once we were outside the room, she demanded to know why I was crying.

. . .

GEE I WONDER!

-.-" She acted like I was being upset over nothing. It was only six page essay that I had worked incredibly hard to complete getting a late grade because the disk bloody broke and on top of that exhaustion and humiliation. No big.

I think the woman is just spiteful because she's old and incredibly obese and knows she'll never ever find love because she eats a box of a dozen Krispy Kreme donuts every morning. She talks about her nephews all the time and you can just see: bitter old maid.

Meh, I know it's not right to pick on her...but she's a cold hearted bizatch and ranting makes me feel better. >.>;

Anyway, on with the story. Around 12 my momma picked me up to go get my braces off (the only good part of that day.) So I asked her if I could go home, get another disk, and print it out so it wouldn't be late. She said okay. I get to school, and within the time span of two minutes I LOSE THE DISK.

I go home on the bus, tell my mom what happened, and she tells me to get another disk, we drive back to the school, and I tape it to my teacher's door. If I get a late grade on that piece of crap I am going to be so mad...

The End.

And yes, my braces are off. It is so gloriously wonderful!! My smile is all pretty...* grins big * My retainer, which I'll be getting next Monday, is rainbow with glitter and pink glow in the dark.

Yea. Karmilicious. ^.~=

Dagger - I'm still single. ;) ...you doin' anything Friday night? Lol...

Ken - As much as I hate Bush, I like him better than Kerry, because Kerry has got to be one of the biggest pro-choice jack***es I've ever seen. I may not know politics very well, but I know what my morals are.

Shin - Windwaker was horrible.I hated the graphics and I hated the storyline. My opinion. You of course are entitled to yours(but Windwaker still sucked). ^.~=

That's all I have to say for tonight. Ciao! Loves to all! Hugs and kisses! I will see you all soon!

Look who's still alive! Es ist mich! Wow, it's been awhile y'all. I miss everyone so much! I talked to Sennen for a little while a few weeks ago, but that's about it. Hopefully my father will be getting DSL soon, so...I'll be back! No later than June, but possibly sooner than that. Mark your calendars! ^.~=

Not much has been up and about my life since I last updated...I had a girlfriend for a little while there, but she broke up with me a couple days ago. It didn't last past the one week anniversary. I was upset, but I'll live. Stupid chick. XP

James, I was always a pervert. Mimmi just enhanced it. * cough /enhanced/ cough *

Enzyte!

Actually, a lot of guys have been hitting on me lately. 3 asked me out, two asked me for my number, and the guy in Subway (a resteraunt) flirted with me while he made my oh so glorious sandwich. It's like 'okay, who turned on the harmones?' Whatever, I'm still single. Lol.

My poor poetry thread...it has a lot of catching up to do. Unfortunatly, that may not happen until June. So I'm planning on just going back to the very beginning and posting all the poems that never made it up there in chronological order. Something to lookr forward to...or not. Can you deal with the angst? Eh?!?!

ANGST-POWER!! TRANSFORM!!

...* goth-esque sailor moon *

Erm. Yeah. Moving on.

I started playing Kingdom Hearts about a week ago, over spring break. I just beat Atlantica (yay for me!). Ursala was a big pain in the ass. But it's a really fun game, I'm enjoying myself. It's been awhile since I played a good, long, involved RPG. In fact, the last time I played something like that, it was Wind Waker, which I never actually completed, because I hated it so much. So the last one I really did was Majora's Mask. Wow, talk about old. XD

(It's not that bad though...;-;)

Unfortunatly, instead of coming out with a better addition to the Link gaming history, the makers have created a SEQUEL to Wind Waker.

I cried when I heard that. Quite literally cried.

Alas alack, not all news in the gaming industry is bad. Kingdom Hearts 2 is scheduled to come out in 2005 (I think), along with the release of the PS3. KH2 is going to be a PS3 game though. Or at least that's what I was informed of. My friend said KH2 was coming out in 2008, I don't know what's up with that.

Anybody heard of any other really good games they'd like to suggest? My net is down, so the gamer girl in me is having free reign...it's just a bit scary. ^^;;

I'll finish this with one last note: I would like to start the Please Someone Give George Bush a Brain.

Honestly. The man can't think on his feet, is indescive, and irresponsible (see Bush's DUI record). He's a not the best guy for the job. Really.

And yes, I know, a lot of other people are involved/responsible for what's going on in the middle east and at home, but obviously they aren't coming forward, and the 9/11 commission isn't really bringing much out. (Welcome to Moral Decay.)

So yea. I'm no Kerry fan either. I wish Edwards had stayed in the race. ;-;

Thoughts, opinions? I love a good political debate, even if I sometimes reveal my lack of knowledge. XD

I'm supposed to be doing school work so...ciao!

3:41PM.Thurs.Mar 18.

Thanks so much to everyone who left comments of love and concern and such. It really made my day.

This week has indeed been much better than the previous one. My friend (Lacey) and I were talking on the phone, and I made the most comical analogy ever:

Karmi: "Have you ever played any Zelda games?"

Lacey: "No."

Karmi: "...X.x;;; Well, have you ever played any video game where you kill the bad guy and a bunch of prizes come out?"

Lacey: "Yea!"

Karmi: "Look at it this way. Will, your main crush, is the big prize. All your other crushes are the mini prizes, like health and potions and stuff. But you really need the big prize."

Lacey: "But what is the bad guy we must defeat?"

Karmi: "...I don't know."

Ahah, but it was most funny. We laughed long and hard. Like certain aroused sexual organs. ^.^

Just though myO needed a little comedy to uplift the previous mood.

Thanks once again to everyone. Hugs and kisses!
