   long weekend....
well first off to answer everyones question....yes with the exseption of possibly some minor back issues...i'm doing much better ^__^

okay well i decided that i will never again fast and work a 10 hour day it just does not work well...i mean i made it but I got home at 7 and completly passed out...I was sooooooooooo exausted...then I some how woke up at nine called angi to see if I was need she said just for the night whatch so she sent Debra to pick me up I got there and passed out on the coutch then Angi woke me up at 3 for my turn to help whatch ((the youth were out side so we were whatching to make sure no one was there when they shouldn't be....
then at 7 we woke all the youth up put every thing up took comunion and ate...went to the 1st survices went to the second to talk just long enough about what we did and then went home i ate lunch and by two I was asleep again...
I got up at 4:15 got dressed and Ms. Davis (this old lady at my church) picked me up for work I finnished in about an hour then we went out for dinner...which my bro's were being weired about *rolls eyes*

came home completly slept out and finnaly having some energy....got online...
