And yet again...
...I lose.
I was holding the scrollbar and slowly reading the lines. The article one...I was gritting my teeth. Actually, my retainers that I wear at night...I was gritting them so tighly, I think they might've warped outta shape...
*sighs and sinks in chair* Not fair man, not fair. I really think I'm getting discredited because I won that review contest way back on Octobor 31st, which I STILL haven't received the prize for. O_O 5 1/2 months! C'MON PEOPLE!!!
But I'm pretty pissed. I worked super-hard on that article and did tons of research. But you know what? I was sure the psychology one was gonna win. Why? Because it's Evangelion (or however the crap it's spelled. I don't watch the show - I hate it). I knew deep down that that would succeed because of its popularity rank among the big cheese of the site.
The writing of it really boils my blood..."However, in the end, we were completely blown away by shooting stars' research article on the psychology of Evangelion."
Blown away. Yes. Make me feel crap just some more...(hey, mine has a better rating with 100% at 86 votes >.>).
Sure, FMA is popular. But, well...
I'm overwhelmed with all the people who have read Alchemic Truth, though. I'm EXTREMELY happy. In fact, I'm number eight in the most popular writer rank! ^_^ What gets me curious, though, is the left columb - the one of "Highest Rated Writers". Just how the HELL is that calculated? I have a great score (99% with three articles - unlike the rest, with only ONE). So how is it Adam's on there...?
Oh well. I'm still pissed. But I wonder how long it'll take the winners to get their prize...
