Oh and I received this from my cousin...it's a like a little story/poem about people who drink then drive....It was in French so I translated it for you, and sorry if it's not really well translated....^_^
Ok here it is:
I went to a party mom
I went to a party
And I remembered what you told me
You told me not to drink then drive
So I took a Sprite instead
I felt proud of myself
Of how you told me that I could
Not drink then drive
Even though all of my friends told me that I could
I chose for life
And you advice was judicious
Finally the party ended
And everybody went out of the place
All of them practically drunk
I went to my car
Sure of myself that I'd be back home safe and sound
I never thought of what was going to happen then
This would have been the last thing I would think about
I am now laying down the road, Mom
And I heard the policeman talk
He said that the one who hit me was drunk
Mom, his voice seems so far
I bathe into my own blood
I tried so hard not to cry
I can hear the nurse say
"This girl is going to die"
I am sure that the guy didn't know what he was doing while drunk
Seeing that he chose to drink and drive
And now, I will die
Why people do it, Mom ?
Knowing that it ruins people's life
And now I am dying in pain
Tell my sister not to be afraid, Mom
Tell Dad that he got to be brave
And when I'll go to Heaven
Write "Daddy's girl" on my grave
Someone should have told him
That it's bad to drink then drive
Maybe if his parents told him
I would be alive then
