...and Otakon is done for another year...
I got home from Otakon in the early evening today (Sunday). I had a great time (as per the usual)! There were a lot more of my club members there for me to interact with this year but I still missed hanging out with my good friend Kiwi. We got to hang together for a bit.
I can't wait to get my pictures uploaded. There were some great costumes of characters I hadn't seen in years past.
And of course, I spent too much money on too many T-shirts that I don't really need. One of the few things that I don't have "buyer's remorse" over is the manga "The Judged" by Akira Honma. I've heard nothing but good things about it. It's from "DQ/Drama Queen" and for mature readers ONLY! If you are such a reader then check out www.OneDramaQueen.com. They have some interesting and tasteful Yaoi stories.
This year I shared a room with people I know but don't know as well as others, but it was fun and it worked out beautifully.
Also, I got to meet one of my chat friends in person! That's the best part. Meeting online friends in the flesh. Then you know if they sent real pictures or not. LOL! (^_^)
