The After Christmas Blues
Well, Christmas is over again for another year. I'm actually glad, but of course, it means school is going to be in session again. That's what makes me have the After Christmas Blues. Other than that, I'm happy. I have a new PS2 (after waiting nearly two years) so I can play DanceDanceRevolution again. I also have an i-POD so I'm happy. I also have a PSP, that I didn't ask for, and a Roy Mustang blanket that I can curl up under when I sleep. It's really warm.

I hope you guys all have a good Christmas (or whatever holiday you celebrate) or at least a decent one you could put up with. Hope you all got stuffed on dinner and had fun ripping through wrapping people. Take care everyone!!

Christmas
Yes, I know today is Christmas Day, but for some reason, it just doesn't feel like it. The goodwill isn't there anymore and in a lot of circles, Christmas is turning into an ordinary day. Sorry to bring anyone down by this, I was just blabbing. Anyway, hope you all have a Merry Christmas and Happy whatever you celebrate. Also, if I don't post before New Year's Eve, have fun!    OH MY GOD!! SHE'S ALIVE!!!!
At the moment, I have nothing to post really, other than I'm still alive and I've not forgotten about you guys. I still love ya all!

I've been to three cons since I last updated (back in April or May). Otakon, Dragon*Con, and Anime Weekend Atlanta. All were pretty fun, none were without their own little drama though. At Otakon, everyone pretty much had money problems, especially with gas. I think that was the worst problem there. At Dragon*Con, there was drama over relationships, but that's to be expected sometimes. I didn't find what I wanted to there. I was also told I was banned from the Masquerade (Cosplay Contest basically) two years due to something I did last year. I was just trying to stick up for my friends and it got me banned. Oh well. Also, at Dragon*Con, I wouldn't eat due to what happened. I was so upset about it; I wanted to kill someone over it! That's pretty much all that happened there except for some other things that won't be told. At AWA, things went well for the most part, except two of the people I was rooming with got into a fight and I had no money at the con whatsoever. I didn't even get a badge until Saturday night which I didn't use until Sunday and nothing was really going on. Oh well. The next con is in January and I get to see my boyfriend again. I've not seen him since AWA, though I see him at every con. I love that guy!

Anyway, I've got to go. Hope everyone has a great and safe Halloween. be careful and take care, everyone!!!!

How wonderful....I'm going back to my old ways...-head/desk- I'm always posting on LiveJournal though and Cosplay.com >>

Anyway, not much has happened recently. I went to MTAC and our skit fell through. -secretly happy about that- No high heels and no Alli falling on her ass, thank God. It was basically a stress filled convention for me and several of my friends. I didn't have a ride home at first so I freaked, Cat's parents called her and said they were getting a divorce, Ridley's grandfather was in the hospital, and another friend got a call saying his best friend could be dead.

See what I mean about stress? Worst thing for me is I had a Chem test the Monday after...Yes, I flunked it horribly. I did have a good time Saturday. My boyfriend and I spent most of the day in the room talking and cuddling. We didn't do anything because another con who are mutual friends were also in the room doing the same thing. It was a PG weekend ^-^ Nothing more.

After all that and the con, nothing much happened. Found out my boyfriend made his time clock for his Chrno costume for me since it's his fault I'm a Rosette cosplayer. The funny thing is he's going to get it to me when he's wearing his Cloud costume and I'm wearing Tifa at Otakon in August. He also plans on saying "Oh, and this is a contract," just to get to me ^-^

I finally show the last episode of Chrono Crusade last Saturday. I cried my eyes out because it's so sad and I don't know why but it made me think of what I'd do if I lost Michael...

On a less sad note, I actually watched Yugioh today and rediscovered my obession over Atemu. I thought that died a long, long, long time ago. And I also rediscovered how I'm obsessed with Thief Bakura >> I tried my damnest to get out of that fandom...Didn't quite work as well as I had hoped.

Anyway, not much else to say other than I apologize for not coming to the Otaku since before MTAC. Take care everyone!

Posting
Hey everyone. I got asked who I was cosplaying as for MTAC in my last post. I'll be cosplaying the Casino!Rosette from episode three of Chrono Crusade. I'll also be doing a reenactment of the casino scene if our slot machine ever gets made. It'll be of carboard so it's not heavy and such. Here's a picture if no one knows what I'm talking about:



Yes, it's pink and it has girly bows. Oh well. I'll live with it...though it I have to wear high heels with it...Keep in mind I normally cosplay guys or at least girls with tennis shoes >> I'm going to die so it was nice knowing you guys.

Anyway, not much has happened. I got grounded over Spring Break because I stuck NewType in my mother's buggy after she said no...so yeah ^^' She found out after we got home..And now, I must go since I'm at school. Take care everyone.

   Changes....
I leave for a little over two months and I come back to see all my happy, perky friends depressed and down. I also noticed a few people have deleted their sites...It's so sad to see that because now I don't know if they're alright or what and there's one particular friend I'm worried about because she was suicidal last time I spoke with her...(BrokenKororo). I don't know what to think of MyO anymore either. So many things have changed since I've been here and so have a lot of my friends....I guess that just happens regardless of what people want...

I'm going to do a serious change on my site. I'm tired of the way it looks and I'm tired of it having all the FullMetal Alchemist stuff all over it. It's just going to be random from now on but oh well. People can live with it.

In happy new for me (happy news...yay >> Kill me now, someone), I'm going to MTAC in two weeks which will make my fourth con this year and my third anime con this year. It's not so much I'm happy to be going so much as I'm happy to see my boyfriend again and he's taking me out for the first time. He's different from all the others guys I've dated or even known. He's so sweet and kind. Plus, he's the only guy I really feel safe around and when he puts his arms around me...I feel really loved. That was something I haven't felt much before, well, outside of family and close friends at least.

I guess I should stop rambling so I'll post later I suppose...if anything interesting happens.

OMFG!! I'm posting.
That's right. I'm posting which I haven't done in a small forever. Well, to sum what's been going on since then, I've been to three cons, had three jobs, officially have a great boyfriend that I love, have three new costumes, and went to Washington D.C. and froze my ass off as Tifa Lockhart.

I went to ChattaCon in January. Wasn't all that eventful though I did get the FullMetal Alchemist DVD for my birthday from a good friend. I also met Noelle, who takes cosplaying Miroku to the extreme. She even dry humps Kagome cosplayers. I also met Carolina who is a great Aerith cosplayer and was one of my roomies at KatsuCon. Also in January, I turned seventeen and went to Cherokee, North Carolina, with my con friend, Amanda (Sesshoumaru cosplayer). And during January, I got my Inuyasha costume. I got my wig yesterday, so it wasn't completed until then.

Last month was the big month. I ACTUALLY WENT TO KATSUCON! It wasn't all the fun due to the hotel and con security staff being assholes but seeing as it was in D.C. and there were guests and diplomats that weren't with the con, they had to be assholes. The biggest thing about that weekend was the Final Fantasy 7 Advent Children skit. We had twelve people in the skit, two who were kind of drafted. I think I messed it up because I didn't start the Tifa vs. Loz fight until a few seconds into the music and I was supposed to start when the music started. Oh well. I still had fun being Tifa. I had fun with my boyfriend too and NOT THAT KIND OF FUN! It was just on the way back. He held me when we were in the car and I felt safe and protected. That's a great feeling. I'll tell you all that now. The craziest part of the weekend would have to be the fact that we managed to fit twelve people in a room that made have been big enough for half of us. The closet was full of costumes, costume pieces were in the floor, there were wigs on the desk, and costumes on the bed. And it was about three people per bed too. I think I heard someone say they slept in the tub >> May have been hearing things. Well, I figure you guys want a few pictures so I'll post one and give you the link to the rest.

Standing up in the back (left to right), it's me as Tifa, my boyfriend as Sephiroth, Heath as Barret, Jose as Reno (best Reno in the world because he's a Gai Sensai cosplayer too), Carolina as Yazoo, Ridley as Kadaj, Amber as Vincent, and Anna as Loz. On the bottom, it's Kenya as Cloud (Best Cloud ever ^^), Bret as Rufus, Cat (or the Nina from AWA) as Red 13, and Moira as Cait Sith. This is probably the only picture anyone got of all of us together and it was probably the most fun we had just because we were able to act crazy. I know it's not really noticeable but Kenya's crying because I'm with my boyfriend. Anyone who sees the crack of that would actually get it. Now for this month's events. This month has been relatively boring but there was a con yesterday and today. I only attended yesterday. It was MomoCon. I didn't take many pictures so if you want to see the ones I took, they're on Cosplay.Com. Yesterday was fun. I introduced to friends in hopes of hooking them up. They looked like they got along well, but the world may never know for sure. Brittany, one of the ones introduced, was introduced to all my insane cosplay friends except for Nikky, Heath, Jose, Mara, and Michael (my boyfriend) because they weren't able to come. Basically, that's all that went on other than me being in a lot of pictures as Inuyasha. Again, I hardly took any, but yesterday was a day just to hang out I suppose.
