Back from AWA
Hey everyone! I'm back from AWA. It was great! I had so much fun, I'm sore from it. I met Vic, Ed's voice actor, and hugged him! Squee! I am an official Stalker. I went to see Fullmetal Fantasy. Very funny movie with Vic cosplaying as Ed and other various voice actors/actresses as their characters.
Friday night was the first night (duh!) and I met up with friends and such. I wore the Envy costume but kept my hoodie around my waist because of my stomach. I went to see Fullmetal Fantasy with Ridley and her friends. It was hilarious. I didn't do much else, except run around and take pictures, few of which I have on the computer right now. I made a lot of friends within the few hours I was up and doing things Friday. Also, I cosplayed as Lord Tiki Mick from D. Gray-Man with Ridley who was Allan and Cat who was Rabi.
Saturday was the big FMA photoshoot. We had a whole bunch of Eds, two Chimera Ninas, two Roys, a Hughes, two Trishas, four Envys (including me), a Havoc, three Winrys, a Lust, a Greed, and a lot of others. Vic also showed up and was in the front. I'll see if I can get a copy from someone. We also had a few speciality pictures like Ed killing Envy, Envy killing Ed, Hughes vs Trisha with the pictures, etc. I also met up with a lot of the people I was supposed to for once. And I GOT EVERYTHING SIGNED THAT I WANTED SIGNED!! Plus my badge and my FMA artbook. Oh! Vic signed my Ed plushie's rear side. He also signed my coat...-sighs happily- Now on to the things I'm jealous about. My friend, Den, got Vic to do her voicemail recording! Oh well. Maybe I can get him to do mine if I ever see him at another con. I saw my friend, Allison, there. She and I made our Menchi plushies hump one another...We're also going to do a documentary on "Menchis in Heat!" I took more pictures, then later, before the Rave, I got picked up by a Roy cosplayer(who later picked me up when I was Ed). Don't worry. I got a picture. The Hughes cospalyer said something about now knowing why Roy doesn't have a wife. I went to the Rave afterwards which was fuckin' awesome because Greg Ayers was the DJ, like he was at KuniCon. I hit myself with glowsticks a couple of times though. -Shrugs- Later, I went to bed.
Yesterday was also fun. I found my people to hang out with, got many pictures taken when I was Ed, and got picked up by the Roy again. One of the pictures taken, not with my camera, was of four Eds glomping a poor Sloth. I sort of feel sorry for her, buy she was "Mommy!" I also saw Vic in a Dark wig. It was funny. There's not much more to say other than here are the pictures from my cell phone, except the Envys killing the Eds.
