   Life is Good... Wel, Good-ish
I'm feelin' pretty good in general lately. Things are going well at work. I've been asked to work the opening shift on customer service every Sunday. So, now I at least know where and when I'll work for one day of the week (even if the rest is up in the air.) Also, I got an hour over time today since we were ridiculously short staffed. It'll look good on me 'cause I kinda volunteered for it.

Speaking of looking good: I got a hair cut. My hair used to be long and layered with incredibly damaged and split ends. Now, I've got a sleek bob and all of the damaged junk is gone. Hoorah! I needed a change. I've gone too many years in a row with the same basic hair cut, streaking it different shades of red. Now, it's all my natural colour and it looks way healthier.

Ah, but I ramble on... The reason I say things are good-ish is because, due to staffing issues, I've been moved from the afternoon shift to the morning shift tomorrow, and I'll be the only cashier working (they'll probably pull someone from another department to open a till if it gets too busy, but still...)

But, on the bright side, tomorrow's basically my Friday. I've got Tuesday and Wednesday off. See, I'm in such a good mood that I can't help but see the bright side right now. And, after all, isn't that what really makes life good?

   So Sleepy... Must Make It To Work...
Argh!...

I hate being sleepy and having to work. Especially when I work the closing shift (which seems to happen a lot.) Usually, I like the closing shift 'cause I get to sleep in and I have time to wake up and do some stuff before work. It means that I'm not exhausted when my day really gets to start.

However... today I'm so very, very sleepy. Whenever I start the closing shift sleepy, I finish it absolutely exhausted, and then I can't get up the next day.

   Finally Moved
Hooray! I'm here in Whitehorse!

I've gotten myself all settled in. I've got a decent job, my internet's set up. Things are going well.

Work's been a little crazy though. I wound up working 8 days straight, so I'm finally on my days off today and tomorrow.

I'll update more some other time. I'm a little busy with household stuff today.

Hopefully I'll have something more interesting next time.
