man i first saw that ad and i cackled my ass off. i had not a week before wondered if that would ever happen. now all that needs to happen to complete my life is a Samurai Jack movie. (sorry, spongebob haters, i for one lurve it). and jim carrey's got a new movie. hmm. looks kinda nifty. never read the books it's based on (A Series of Unfortunate Events). i'll have to check them out. Disney's mutilating Ella Enchanted, i can tell. i LOVED that book. and it was a good story, perfect for a movie. but. they had to add ninjas and a really lame villian. i mean, complete with domination plot and the calculating grin. ::sob::

   recca-goodness!
they're making a Flame of Recca game! AAACK!!! i will HAVE to buy a PS-2 now, just so i can play it. in japanese. =_=. to celebrate this joyous occasion, i finally got off my butt, and drew the next Hokage member! go me! Mikagami Tokiya, the FoR resident bishie. i'm serious about the girly-ness. one of his quotes is "hey! you thought i was a girl, didn't you!" probably b/c it's one of the only times Mikagami shows emotion (sigh. all bishies have no emotion. what is up with that?). he's also got that really intricate, long hair, ya'know? yeah, so first shot at that. i also drew a stylized Sano from RK that i'll scan and submit later today. maaaan i'm laaaazy. i need to go dig up photos for a comm art assignment, and (pause for 3 hours to panic and remember art his. study thing and go off to it) and uh. i've lost my train of thought, since i started this at 5:15 or so.

i know i said i wouldn't post again, but i couldn't help it. inuyasha fanatics, listen up. i have a question for you. WHY does everyone despise Kikyo so much? she seems to be more of a sad character than a sinister one. i see more hate directed toward her than to Naraku, who's the big baddie of the series, fer chris'sake! (yes, that is how i pronounce it. what, i'm a southerner. now i'm going to go curl up into a ball and chant my 'i'm not an arkansan, i'm a displaced floridian' mantra). ::rubs ear again::

just a few more thoughts i forgot. YOU WHO ARE IN THE GENERAL AREA OF MEMPHIS MUST GO TO THE MASTER'S OF FLORENCE EXHIBIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Michelangelo, Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, ALL the turtle namesakes in the states! not to mention TONS of others. all hail the Medici, and their Renaissance finances. i'm going! ::cries tears of joy and can't wait for the 28th::

i think i definitely need new headphones. i was listening to my cd player on my old one, and my ears keep getting the oddest sensation of slight jolts of electricity, and it's really uncomfortable. hn. ::rubs ear::

went to my MCA workshop today! went to one on Logo Design. it was fun! ... yeah. that's all. i'm gonna go to bed now. i'm kinda scared of dorms now, though. (they smelled bad, and even the commonways were nasty. the smell, though, was REALLY bad =_=). and Rose is going back to being a virgin. and Onslow is too bone-idle to be unfaithful to Daisy. and Emmitt is still scared of Hyacinth.

been playing Inuyasha: Demon Tournament over at adultswim.com. GO PLAY NOW! it's so fun! and it's an interesting format. (interesting to me anyway). Kagura kicks, but Kagome's a bit difficult for me. but i wish there was a Kouga... i'm off to try it as Sesshoumaru. Miroku's fun too.
