lalala. i am bored. la laaa laaaaaaaaaaaa. currently 'watching' Yojimbo (hey, i can only take so many subtitles, and i really want to pay attention to Throne of Blood so there's gotta be a sacrifice). y'know what sucks? i used to have the BEST winamp skin, made from thispic. i mean this thing ROCKED out LOUD it was so cool. but my sister, being the control freak she is, decides that winamp slows down the computer. so she deletes winamp, and with it that skin. anyway, i finally re-downloaded winamp and as Murphy's Law has it, i can't find it. i LOVED that skin. it was soo great. all i remember though was that it was the above image and titled velocity. siiiigh. o winamp skin, where art thou?

i think i'm going to change my avatar, too. definitely an anzai i think, but maybe (and this is a long shot) i'll get off me butt and do a caricature of myself or something. speaking of caricatures, i need to get to work on that qgtb one for mom...

anywho. you know what i must purchase? the new inuyasha soundtrack (and i know that sounds really geeky). it's all symphonic! i am such a symphonic music freak. really. i'd rather have the score from a movie rather than the soundtrack anyday! ::gleee!::

   Varekai-licious!
well i'm in a good mood. i just spent the past hour taking notes from Cirque du Soleil: Varekai on Bravo. 7 pages in my sketchbook are now filled with french circus-y goodness. and if you EVER get the chance to see any Cirque du Soleil show live and in person, DO IT. i saw La Nouba in Orlando a couple summers back. one of the best experiences of my young life, and i'm not exaggerating.

alright! only tomorrow and then i get out of school for 5 days! now this is all the crap i'm GOING to do over the break!

1. ap art history workbooks for Greece, Rome, and Early Christian Art
2. Finish internalization for drawing 2
3. finish thumbnails for next comm art project.
4. finish bg in oils self portrait
5. do last The Things They Carried jounal.
6. My science project
7. Get a good start on mom's commission
8. Finish Geometry and Chemistry make-up from when i was sick.
9. umm. oh. actually read a chapter for ap u.s. history, i guess.
10. start Pegasus submission for Drawing 2.

   some one slap me, i probably need it.
watching harry potter & the chamber of secrets on hbo. and thinking. those kids. they can't act. i mean. it's SAD. there are so many GREAT actors for the teachers and then... there's those kids. i just wanna smack'em! and the adaptation from the book isn't too hot either. ah well. but you know who would have made a GREAT prof. binns? (y'know, the dead history teacher). ben stein. c'mon, he even looks the part, kinda.

urgh. my sister's playing w/her new cell phone. gaaah! she's playing the worst ring tones and coming to me and saying 'how about this one?' for EACH one! i don't know! more to the point, i don't CARE. (grumble grumble, whine moan, kay i'm done)
