hey, an online quiz that actually has substance! and the sad thing is, this thing's probably right.

The Expatriate
Achtung! You are 38% brainwashworthy, 13% antitolerant, and 33% blindly patriotic

Congratulations! You are not susceptible to brainwashing, your values
and cares extend beyond the borders of your own country, and your Blind
Patriotism ("patriotism" for short) does not reach unhealthy levels. In Germany in the 30s, you would've left the country.

One bad scenario -- as I hypothetically project you back in time -- is
that you just wouldn't have cared one way or the other about Nazism.
Maybe politics don't interest you enough. But the fact that you took
this test means they probably do. I'm gonna give you the benefit of the
doubt.

Did you know that many of the smartest Germans departed prior to the
beginning of World War II, because they knew some evil shit was
brewing? Brain Drain. Many of them were scientists. It is very possible
you could be one of them, depending on your age.

Conclusion: Born and raised in Germany in the early 1930's, you would not have been a Nazi.

My test tracked 3 variables How you compared to other people your age and gender:
free online datingfree online dating
You scored higher than 47% on brainwashworthy
free online datingfree online dating
You scored higher than 3% on antitolerant
free online datingfree online dating
You scored higher than 41% on patriotic

he ran into my knife 10 times.
my christ i've been rather skimpish with this site lately. feel slightly guilty. ::sigh::

just... haven't been drawing much fanart lately. and just haven't bothered to blog either. it's not even that nothing's happened either, just lazy (and-sucked-into-lj-by-friends). a friend of mine got kicked out of her house and lived with me for a while since my mom was out of town and wouldn't know the difference (and that was fun, but i ended up telling my mom anyway, who was somewhat uncomfortable with it but okay about it, surprisingly). leaving on the 23rd. tomorrow's my last day at the theater.

got

a

charlie & the chocolate factory

poster

by the by. and a batman poster. and i went shopping at wal mart (i live in arkansas remember?) and got a free juicer thing for being a smart ass.

lady holds up juicer: "who knows what this is?"
crowd: (silently) "we're just here for the free paring knife..."
alison: "plastic!!"

also got a free paring knife.

and got suckered by my friend madi into making a kh character for some fanfic or another she's writing. a lost boy named jimmy. and that's the closest thing to fanart i've done for ages.

and i bought col-erase pencils. YES.

oh! and i got a laptop. AND I TOTALLY NAMED IT CHILDERMASS AND I TALK TO IT A LOT!!!

thundercats are loose!
holy christ. so at the theater. because my life revolves around that place. we had the cars of Hazzard county. not only did we have the sheriff car. we had General Lee.

::honks the dixie horn:: yeee haaaaw!

my boss got to ride in it. so jealous, even if i've only seen snippets of the shows at different intervals of life. i felt so southern though, cause i knew the cars at least, and was excited by their presence.

in other news. Thundercats season one on dvd!!! sounds like a must have to me.

also. i have a slight confession to make. over the past few weeks i've been getting escaflowne through netflix. and i've turned into a raving fangirl for it. it's ridiculous. like i was yelling at the t.v. when things weren't going right. like a midwestern mom and her soaps. ... let the ridicule commence.

plus, it has David Kelly naked on a motorbike! not a sight one should die without.

alison has been seduced by evil things such as work, free viewings of "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," through said work, evident acquisition of free "Corpse Bride" swag (again from work), bargain Fables comics, and the most evil of all...

...

Harry Potter.

i'll be back soooooooon! with aaaaaart! really!
