life interrupted is done on my part
so yeah. remember back in the day that mural i was telling you about (maybe)? about the japanese internment camps in arkansas? well, that thing's all done. finished it up friday. turned out pretty well. except someone went crazy on the bird with black paint pen, so it looks really wierd. which pissed me off a lot, because the bird is one of the most prominent features, and after all the work i did i was saddened. the thing became my baby, i worked on it so much (the composition is mine for christ's sake). it's like 5 feet by 20 feet. ah well. going to LA now (the mural), to the Japanese American History Museum there (i think that's the name). goes up in February. go see it! behold my composition and (bits of) the community's painting skills, then pretty much studio art's cover up of the glaring mistakes (cough green sky cough) and finishing touches. so yaaay! i helped the world.
