FMA movie Info! Thanks Siaras Kaiba!
Munich, Germany, 1923. Two years have passed since Edward Elric was dragged from his own world to ours, leaving behind his country, his friends and his younger brother, Alphonse. Stripped of his alchemical powers, he has been all this time researching rocketry together with Alphonse Heiderich, a young man with a lot of resemblances to his own brother, hoping to one day find a way back home. His efforts so far had proven fruitless, but when he hears that the Thule Society, an occultistic group strongly tied to the Nazi Party, discovered what could be a clue to the location of the legendary, mystical place called "Shambala", Edward's hopes get renewed. Meanwhile, in his own world, Alphonse Elric ventures deeper into the mysteries of alchemy in search for a way to bring his older brother back.

The Storm

Queitly the storm comes almost like the Darkness I have seen, I wait to think on what to do only to remember what happened,I only live the nightmares of those days when I am not moveing forward, I wish that some how that none of those things had happened...all I did was cause so much pain for others I'm begining to think this journey is doing alot more damage then it looks...

a long night

Wings of Sorrow

Ed stretched as he walked out of the central head quarters a cold wind blew and the colorful leaves on the ground was lifted into the air. As Ed watched the leaves move higher up into the sky he noticed that snow was beginning to fall. Smiling gently Ed held out his hands and watched the snow fall onto them. “Nii-san what are you up to?” asked Al “nothing” answered Ed “hey weren’t you going to help Major Hughes with something?” “yes I’m heading to his house now.” Answered Al “alright be careful Al…who knows what he has planned for you..” said Ed. Both of them laughed and Ed waved goodbye as Al went off to the Hughes home. Ed sighed he had the whole day off and Al knew he need it but the only problem was Ed didn’t know what to do with the free time.
Ed walked around the court yard as the snow fell he tried to think of something to do but he still couldn’t think of anything. Suddenly something hit him hard on the back of his head and he fell face first into the snow. A bit dizzy and dumbfounded Ed tried to think what happened until that annoying voice of his superior came. “didn’t see that one coming did you Fullmetal” said Colonel Mustang snickering. Ed’s head popped out of the snow “Mustang…” he said angrily “how come that face looks so unpleasant?” said Roy I knew he was going to do something like this! thought Ed. “enjoying your day off?” asked Hawkeye “yay just great…” said Ed sarcastically. “Great!” said Hawkeye chucking a snowball right at Ed’s head. This time Ed dodged just in time. “What are you guys up to?!?” He said a bit load. Then Havoc, Brosh, Ross and even Hughes joined Mustangs side. “oh no…” said Ed “hey wait a minute Major Hughes wasn’t Al suppose to help you with something?” Hughes laughed “yup but that was to get him away so you wouldn’t have any allies in you combat training.” Said Hughes “ don’t worry he has plenty to do.” “Great just great…”said Ed sighing.
Ed got what he was asking for it. Six full grown adults against a 15 year old and including the had fought in the Ishbal rebellion. The odds where against Ed but he still did very well. Roy nor Ed where aloud to use there Alchemy which was fine for Ed but Mustang almost seemed worthless without his flames to help him. Ed happily took advantage of this and hit Roy hard in the back of the head a few times. In the end all of them where tired. “Good job Ed!” said Hawkeye happily “Hey he had some help lets not forget when you chucked that snow ball at me!” said Roy angrily. Hawkeye tried to hold back a laugh “that’s because my aim was off.” She said “I highly doubt that” said Roy. Everyone but Roy burst into laughter. “So did you have fun Ed?” asked Hughes. “Yeah but I really wish Al could of joined he loves snow ball wars.” Said Ed. “did you two do it alot when you were younger?” asked Ross. “Yup it was us against Winry and her friends, We did pretty good and they were good also.” Said Ed. Everyone was happy. Roy sighed “alright I guess its time to get back to work for us.” He said the others groaned a bit but didn’t complain to much. “Ed I think you might want to go rescue Al from my house.” Said Hughes. Ed nodded and left.
“Hello Nii-san!” said Al. “Hey Al how are you doing? Major Hughes wanted me to come get you.” said Ed Al nodded and quickly went to go say goodbye to Major Hughes’s Wife and daughter. Both of them left. “So what happened?” asked Al “what do you mean?” said Ed. “Major Hughes told me that the Colonel and the other including himself where going to do a sneak attack on you.” said Al “It was fun, wait if you knew how come you didn’t join?” asked Ed “Because Major Hughes said it would be good for combat training and if something was to happen to me or I was gone somewhere you would be able to handle yourself.” Said Al. Ed head flopped down at Al’s words “Geez Al I never thought you took me so lightly.” Said Ed. Al quickly tried to reinsure Ed. “That’s not true Nii-san! You could be stronger that’s all I’m saying.” Said Al. Ed smiled “yeah your right.” he said looking up at the sky “who knows I might be in a battle where you cant help me at all Al.” Al looked at Ed wondering why he said that all of a sudden.
The moon shun though the window into the room Ed and Al where staying. Al noticed something different about Ed’s breathing it seemed to be like he just finished a race or wasn’t able to breathe. He got up and walked over to see what was wrong. Ed was sweating. Al got even more worried and went to go get a cold washcloth so it would help bring Ed’s fever down but when Al was out he ran into Mustang, Hawkeye, and Hughes. “Al? what are you doing here?” asked Hawkeye. “I should be asking that, why are all of you in your uniforms? Its almost midnight.” Asked Al “here you answer first.” said Roy. “Well I think Nii-san is running a fever so I was going to get something for him to bring his fever down.” Answered Al. “Just as we thought.” Said Mustang. Al was confused. “You remember Ed went away for a few days right?” said Hawkeye Al nodded. “Well Ed got into something pretty bad, he accidentally came in contact with a unreformed liquid that is used to make something close to the Philosopher’s stone.” explained Roy. Al stood there in shock “sadly we couldn’t do anything at the moment,” said Hawkeye she had a bit of sadness in her voice more than anyone there. “We tried to help but we couldn’t get anywhere near Ed in fact we couldn’t se where he was but we knew he was in extreme pain.” said Hughes. Al could tell that they where keeping something from him. “so…what does have to do with what’s happening to him now?” he asked. “Well Al, the Reformed incomplete stone liquid is extremely dangerous to come in contact with, its a lot worse then red water that’s for sure” said Roy “It takes longer for it to do extreme damage to the body, and sense Ed has a smaller body then any of us it happened fast even though he or you haven’t noticed it but he has been fighting this for a few years now and his body is getting weaker, Al… Ed is losing there isn’t much he can do now he has to fight this with most of his strength.” Said Hughes seriously. “We are working on an antidote but nothing has come up yet.” said Hawkeye trying to reinsure Al. “But what do you mean he’s been fighting this for a few years?” asked Al. “Al, this happened when Ed was 13 when this happened, I thought he would get ill sooner but I guess he’s stronger then we give him credit for.” said Mustang Al was stunned and couldn’t believe it.
Al placed a cold washcloth on Ed’s forehead hoping that he would be alright. After listening to the story Al finally knew why Ed said that there might have been a battle where he couldn’t help him at all. Even though Colonel Mustang and the others thought he didn’t know Ed was aware on what was going on. Al never knew how much his brother was truly going though to help restore his body. Al felt selfish he didn’t want his brother to go though so much if it meant the lost of his life. Ed moved a bit but still remained in the same position “ oh Nii-san…” said Al a bit worried.
The sun was rising and Al checked on his brother only to find out that he wasn’t inside anymore. Al panicked a bit but not to much. “Nii-san…”said Al looking around. He spotted Roy out in the court yard he saw something and Al knew what it was.
“Edward what are you doing outside?” asked Roy running up to him but Ed didn’t answer. Ed’s bangs covered up his eyes he was thinking about something and he wouldn’t have been able to hear Roy if he was to focused on it. As Roy approached he noticed something it was Ed’s eyes they weren’t the usual eyes he had. His eyes seemed to be dull life couldn’t be seen in them, the pupils where gone as well. Hawkeye came over to see what Roy was doing but gasped when she saw Ed. “come on we have to get him inside.” said Roy seriously. Hawkeye nodded “but what about Al?” she asked. “Don’t worry about that,” said Roy Hawkeye helped Roy get Ed inside and back into bed. Thankfully Al had gone out into the court yard just when they went back inside and that Ed was actually asleep. As they walked out of the room where they placed Ed, Hawkeye looked very worried. “How did he get outside?” she asked Roy didn’t answer he was thinking about this also. No emotion appeared on his face “Your acting like his mother…” said Roy “Colonel this is no time for jokes!” said Hawkeye angrily. “I’m not joking around…” said Roy keeping his eye sight forward. Hawkeye turned red.
Ed rolled on his side and looked out the window. Everything seemed to be that way. He sighed there wasn’t anything he could really do but rest he didn’t like being cooped up like this but he knew Roy would be furious if he tried to move now in his condition. Not only that but he hoped Al wasn’t worrying to much about him. The warm sun felt very good to him he looked outside and saw some birds sitting in a nearby tree Ed was happy to be able to hear there soft song before he fell asleep once more.
Al came back into the room and was shocked to see Ed back in bed but was relieved. Ed’s fever didn’t seem to be as bad as before. This made Al even more happier but what caught his attention was a note on the table. He looked at it. “He read it quickly and looked back at Ed. “Nii-san…” he said quietly he sat on the opposite bed trying to think but to no prevail. Al wanted to cry so much and hug his brother but he just couldn’t do that. Al got up and left so his brother could sleep better and so that he can think about what the note said.
Hughes walked into Roy’s office “you wanted to see me?” he said Roy nodded. “Hughes this isn’t good it’s the second stage of the illness, Its faster then we thought…Ed might not last much longer.” Said Roy. Hawkeye stood in the door looking very pale. “Hawkeye?” said Roy “did I tell you to go talk to Al?” “Colonel why didn’t you tell me?” asked Hawkeye. The Colonel sighed “because I didn’t want you to worry to much about him.” said Roy Hawkeye gave Roy a very cold and dark glare. “ I cant help it Sir.” She said “He’s trying so hard for someone his age I cant help it…I feel like he’s doing to much and now he has to deal with this!” Her eyes where cover by her bangs but Roy and Hughes could easily see that she was crying. Hughes went over and tried to comfort her. Roy didn’t say anything more. Hughes escorted Hawkeye out of the office and tried to calm her down. “Whoever knew Ed was such a popular person among the military as well…” said Roy looking out into the court yard.
Al looked around. Everything was so peaceful, but he wished Ed would be awake. Then again it might not be so peaceful. Al sighed. Hawkeye walked out of the building still crying silently. “ Hawkeye? Are you alright?” asked Al. “Oh Alphonse…” she said trying to be a bit tougher then she looked. “Hawkeye what’s wrong?” asked Al. Hawkeye couldn’t hold it in any longer she burst into tears “ I-I cant do this anymore, I really want to say it but I cant I’m sorry Al.” said Hawkeye running off. Al was extremely confused until something hit him. Could something have happened to Nii-san? He thought he quickly went back to room where he left Ed. Ed was still in there but something was wrong. “Nii-san?” said Al. Ed didn’t respond but of course Al wasn’t expecting one.
Ed’ seemed like he didn’t have enough air in his lungs his breathing was shallow and a bit uneven. Al sighed in relief that his brother was alright but for how long? Al sighed and sat down on the opposite bed “ Nii-san please be alright.” He said.
Around nightfall Al decided to go outside in the court yard to think. Sense he didn’t need any sleep and couldn’t feel anything Al just sat in the snow running everything in his mind one by one. Everything almost fit into place but the note, the note didn’t match anything. Al sighed he really wish he knew what Ed meant in the note. All of a sudden he spotted something up on the roof he didn’t know what it was but it looked like a larger black bird with dark purple eyes. The bird was above Ed and Al’s room window. As it flew off Al could suddenly feel the cold. He looked at his hands his clothes. He got his body back! Then he remembered the note. “could….Nii-san!” he said quickly racing back to where Ed was. When he reached there room Ed’s bed was completely empty almost like he was never there. Al looked all over the place and when he found Ed he wasn’t sure what happened. Ed was outside under a tree and the snow around him was all bloodstained. “Nii-san?” said Al but Ed didn’t respond at all. Al took a closer look and much to his dismay Ed wasn’t doing to well his breathe was almost gone. Al not knowing what else to do looked for the colonel. Al was happy when he found the Colonel in his office working on some papers. “Colonel!” said Al running up to his desk. “Alphones???” said Roy looking at him “ you got your body back!” “Yes sir but Nii-san.” After hearing a brief explanation from Al Roy quickly got up and grabbed his coat. “Come on.” He said Al nodded and followed.
Thankfully the Colonel knew what to do and they both got Edward to a hospital. It seemed Ed used something to get Al his body back but what was the real question was how he did it.
After a few days Ed had recovered and was happy to see that Al was fine. When the Colonel asked how Ed had gotten Al’s body back Ed didn’t answer he just smirked. “Well if you want to find out I suggest you start researching my notes.” He said. Roy shook his head in disbelief. “So Nii-san…what do we do after this?” asked Al. “Well we can always go visit our friends and I’m sure you would like them to see the real you instead of the tin can.” Said Ed “Nii-san…” said Al a bit hurt from the tin can comment but laughed with Ed on the joke. “So should we visit Winry and granny Pinako first?” asked Al. “Yeah but if we go they might want to keep us there so why don’t we visit somebody else first and Winry and Granny can be the last one and we could stay there for awhile.” Said Ed looking out the window. “Right…” said Al smiling
They left the next day to the coal mine town to see everyone there after that they where going to head off to see Russell and Fletcher, and a few others like Sensei they couldn’t wait to see everyone again a lot of things have changed and finally nothing bad would seem to happen. “Hey Al now that you don’t have that suit of Armor I’m Sure Sensei wont hold back on trying to kill us.” Said Ed “Great thanks for reminding me Nii-san.” Said Al with a bit of sarcasm in his voice. Ed smiled and looked out the window. “ But I still think Sensei will be happy that you got your body back.” Said Ed.
“Hey Nii-san.” Said Al
“hmm?” answered Ed
“I think I’m taller then you.” said Al
“AL!” yelled Ed as Al started laughing.
