I'm Not Perfect...


You think I can stand up to anything...everything,

You act like I never felt pain before,

at least emotionaly,

My heart is a battle ground,

As I stand as the Unknown Soldier,

Thoughts buzzy though my head,

everything I should say becomes to complicated,

You ask so much in little time,

If I fail I know what awaits me,

Your rage, your cold eyes,

Next time, this big heart I have,

Will freeze over,

and my emotions will never come back,

this was because of the harsh words you said,

It was because of my mistakes,

so I leave you with few words to think over,

"I love you,

I wish for your happiness nothing more,

Even if I must disappear from the frozen memory behind the glass,

from the picture,

as long as your happy,

then I am not need...so

for tolerating me,

for showing me what I really am..."

And I'll fly away, so my memory wont haunt you,

and I'll be free from this cage you sealed me in,

I'll be the little sparrow who flew away,

Who had the courage to face you.



I know it's a bit bad but it's all I could think of...so dad..this one is dedicated to you, and how you made me and my sister feel this day. I love you, but please...try not to shatter our hearts along with yours.
