   upset
Guess what I got in the mail today? A stupid court subpoena. Some of you may recall that I had a sexual harassment happen to me in may. Well, I knew the guy had filed for an appeal. I just didnt think it went through or was granted. And then today I get my mail and theres a subpoena for jan 15. I am so pissed. Ids he trying to just wear me down so I drop the charges? That wont happen. I'm gonna push this so he gets punished to the full extent of the law. I just wish he would've just paid his fine and let the whole thing og. I hate having to relate my story in front of a bunch of people. I get shaky and afraid that I might forget some crucial piece of evidence that will convict him and put him away for a long time.sorry to dump this all on you guys but I have no one else to talk to.

whats with the comments?
A lot of my friends have told me that they cant comment on my site. I havent had problems with anyone elses site so is it just me or is there a system glitch? I think I will email adam and ask aboutt his. wE finally got all our christmas decorations out and set up tonight will be the tree.After we fix the stand. Nothing else really big going on here just havent felt like posting. Been really tired for some reason.

Last three days...
Okay saturday the game was great very intense up to the end and we had a 5:00min overtime. But Penn state won by 3 points so I was happy. That was a late game so I went home and straight to bed. Sunday gt up and took a road trip to Chambersburg. Pa to get anew 'puter monitor. 22" baby yeah!! That night we went out with some of my co-workers for pizza that was fun. Did I tell you what my supervisor got us for christmas? A 1/2 lb hershey bar with almonds. I love it.Then yesterday I went over to my moms for dinner She had a computer problem and Doug fixed it. He does that sorta thing. very good with computer hardware. sO yeah that was the weekend and mon for me not too exciting but thats okay. Too much excitement isnt good. Oh, please wish Lytjuh all the best for her kitty. Shes sick.Hope all of you have a good day. HUGS

feeling better today
I feel better today. I have a little bit of a headache but other than that. Yes, i have a cold, and am very congested. Looks like another cold virus has attacked people on myO. LOL!I think we are going out to dinner and then a movie tonight. That will be cool. I hope we can do that. Doug wants to see the Golden compass. I'm not so sure I want to but if hes paying, I'm not gonna complain.WE did laundry yesterday so I have clean underwear again yay. My socks didnt dry though so I threw them in the dryer an hour ago and will get them out at three thirty. I also threw in a pair of my pjs cause they didnt dry either. I think I'm gonna go and get some decorations out for christmas. TTYL. HUGS

   sick again!
I know no surprise there but I actually had afever and got sick three times today. i also slept most of the day. I woke up around 10am and watched some stuff on tv when I wasnt in the bathroom puking my guts out. I fell back asleep around 2pm and woke up just before 4pm. Good nap. My fever is gone but my stomach is still in turmoil. I odnt know if I can eat anything cause all I've had today is water and crackers and that made me sick. So Not sure. Well, I'm gonna go and take a hot bath. tHat should make me feel better.
