owwwies
My arm muscles hurt a lot right now. We did push-ups on friday night at dance and now I'm paying the price. I cant move my arms without it hurting. also, I cant find my Icy Hot lotion so I am relying on tylenol. Not really working though. Its my arms and my chest muscles too. I guess I just have to wait it out. see you guys later. HUGS
