   The return to the heat...
Well Im back finally!!! yea didnt post for awhile (got back wed.) been uber lazy lately. Alasak was awesome, great weather (around 65 the whole time) and the wedding went extrmely well, but jeez was I nervous. For those who dont know, I played my flute for the wedding and i did before and after, along with the actual procession (lots of fun when EVERYONE knows how the song goes) especially when I didnt even look at the procession until the day of the wedding, and spent an hour in the hotel business office, looking for the music online. So yea I officially retired from playing flute for weddings, and since I dont play in the band anymore, I wont play much anymore. I got to go be a tourist, including visiting the wild berry chocolate factory, which has the worlds largest chocolate waterfall (so wanted to try to dunk my head into it) and got me some chocolate and fudge, and some awesome jellies. Went next door to the sourdough mining company, an great resturaunt with a *show* for the tourists. During the show they make you sing a song and whoever either scares the host or does it the best wins a prize... and I WON... so HA!!!! I got a spiffy wolf knife from it and I had a blast. Then the next day we went fishing all over. I almost fell out of the boat, my dad had to grab me by the hoody, causing choking to occur... not fun. After fish we did touristy stuff, and played on a glacier. Overall had a great time, but dang I forgot how expensive that state is, there is a lack of sales tax, or state tax, but everything is much more pricy than here, due to shipping. So yea thats all from Alaska. In two weeks, me michael, and ty have 2 a days for football, so wwe shall become ghosts, so dont worry... this summer went by so unbelievably fast, god i dont want to go back to school yet. Oh well i am a senior so I can always catch senioritis. Anywho, adios alls
