KillJoy
I broke up with my boyfriend today and I am trying to figure out something...

Did I break up with him because I wanted to, do because I thought I wanted to. I am the one who broke up with him, so why does it hurt so much?

To be honest, I don't want to kiss him anymore, I have lost that feeling for him. I loved him, but I was not in love with him. I want him as a friend only now...and that is what I have aside from some awkwardness. So then, why am I so upset? Why am I crying so much?

I just pray we do not grow apart. I still want his hugs.

In more otaku related news, I finished volume three in Hakaru no Go. I will start volume four tomorrow.

I am also going to Chicago on the fifth. I am comming home the nineth.

Enjoy my art.

   Shakers
I have...

finished volume one of Hikaru no Go.

And the Yu-Gi-Oh! bit in shonen jump.

Is it just me.
Or is One Peice the longest manga in Shonen Jump?

Tired as all hell.

   Cimrodrepyh Egnerus + an injection
So for the past few days I have been sick and therefore lacking in readin enrgy. On my reading list I have DN Angel nine through ten, Hyper Police one, Riezel Mine, and Son of a Witch. I have started Son of a Witch and Riezel Mine. I was correct in assuming that the main character of Son of a Witch is Liir.

I came home form school yesterday in a terrible mood which lightened up when I found a box from Amazon.com containing Moon Child, Son of a Witch, and my own copy of Wicked. It was an early easter gift from mom. The books and DVD, not the box.

Kesshou made a new site calledmsky-complex. An extenchion of this site is called Brush strokes (http://sky-complex.net/brushstrokes). She is letting a few of her friends, me included, post fanfiction, fanart, other writings, and other art. I did an oil pastel version of Kyo from Fruits Baskets (which I plan on redoing since the face looks terrible) and I did Daisuke Niwa from DN Angel today in civ. When I finish them I am posting them on Brush Strokes. I hope you will check them out.

Well I have a new favorite movie. The Libetine. I respect and admire John, the Earl of Rodchester. Not for his porno, alchoholism, or womanizing skills; but for his ability to tell it how it is. I expect anyone who can get into an R movie (I am 15 and I got in with help of my mother) and anyone without a weak stomach to go see it. It is well worth any movie price.

   Germany is my Scapegoat
Last night I finished April Shonen Jump's Yuu Yuu Hakusho. I didn't poast about it because it was nothing new. I would like to compliment the author though. I love his little side notes under the panels about the charecters in the panels.

I finished Fruits Baskets Twelve. It was good, but a bit disapointing. I am beginning to get creeped out by Shigure, but I still love him.

You know that song from Fruits Baskets...High school girls, High school girls, 1,2,3, all for me. La-la-la.

Shigure sings it. Youko Kurama from Yuu Yuu Hakusho has the same voice actor. I can see him walking down the halls in Suiichi's school singing that song. It is a great vision. I enjoy it.

Anyway, I just got back from the library. I checked out Hikaru no Go volumes one through four. I tried to request Yu Yu Hakusho volume two, but it is unavablable. I checked for the Son of a Witch book I have on hold, but that was unavalable too. Someone screwed up with my request so I had to place the order again.

Now I bet you guys are all trying to figure out what the hell my subjects mean. I mean seriously, they have nothing to do with the acual post.

Well,
Ja.

   The Libertine
I finished Fruits Basket eleven. It was good. I was shocked to say the least.

A list for my own reference:
Dog-Shigure
Rat-Yuki
Hatori-Dragon
Ayame-Snake
Kagure-Boar
Momiji-Rabbit
Hatsuharu-Ox
Kisa-Tiger
Hiro-Lamb
Ritsu-Monkey
Isuzu (Rin)-Horse
Kureno-Rooster

Kyo-Cat

I went all gaspy gaspy when I figured out that Akito wasn't the Rooster before Tohru did. I was all like 'DAMN! I am SMART!.'

That's really all I have to say right now.

   GACKTO-CHAN-DE-SU!
DUDE! MY LAPTOP IS BACK!
AND IT WORKS!

MY CABBIT! ^_^

Anyway, I finished volume ten in Fruits Baskets and lent my boyfriend the first Chobits. I gave up Chobits two summers ago. I bought number six and never read the final two. I own one, two, three, four, and six. I borrowed five from Jay (I think) and I will have to find someone who will lend me seven and eight. I may have to reread six to understand seven. I retain books very well for a very long time. I rarely have to reread to understand. Example:

First grade: first Harry Potter Book
Second grade: second Harry Potter Book
Third grade: third Harry Potter Book
Fourth grade: fourth Harry Potter Book
Seventh grade: fifth Harry Potter Book
Nineth grade: sixth Harry Potter Book

Mom read me one-four. The only time I've ever needed to reread something to understand something later in the series was when the fifth Harry Potter book came out. I reread three on my own after I read five.

That is the only time I've ever needed to reread.

   Katakana Master ^_^Y
So I finished Hikaru no Go in April's Shonen Jump and it was a major let down. We had a sub in Science so I tried to read DragonFlight. I got through one paragraph until I lost all focus.

But anyway I was watching Code Lyoko, which is a show I have just very recently started watching, and they either pronounced the romaji wrong or they romanized the original name wrong. If it is pronounced the way they say it in the show, it should be Lioko. Lyoko would be a slurring together of Li and Yo. This would make it a two sylable word and not the crappy three sylables they pronounce.

Anouther thing that gets me is people don't seem to realize that Yu-Gi-Oh! and Yu-Gi-Oh! GX are two different series. If you got o the quiz portion of this site or the wallpaper portion of this site and click Yu-Gi-Oh!, you'll get some GX things too. They are two different series. If they were not, Yu-Gi-Oh! would be today's Pokemon. Just like with InuYasha. It is the series that never dies. Yu-Gi-Oh! creators forsaw this and made a new series so that loyal fans could not accuse them of dragging something out to make money.

Well back to pronounciations...
I did the same thing I ranted about. A few years ago when I came up with the name Meeka, I pronounced it Mika, but I spelled it Meeka. I still do that to this day, but it I were to write it out in Katakana, I would write Mika. So yeah, for all of you guys who are saying Meka out there, it's Meeka.

Well Hannah, why don't you just change the spelling to avoid confusion?

Because, it is just like the whole Miyabi vs Miyavi thing. The name is pronounced Miyabi, but the J-Rocker writes it Miyabi 'cause it looks cooler.

:p

-Peace

   Miyavi or Miyabi
So I just finished March's issue of Shonen Jump. I don't read every manga in it, I only read Yu Yu Hakusho, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Hikaru no Go, and One Peice. I always read it in this order: Yu-Gi-Oh!, Yu Yu Hakusho, Hikaru no Go, and One Peice. I read it from most interesting to least interesting (Yes, I know I said Yu Yu Hakusho was my second favorite anime, but I don't read it first because the manga follows the anime too closely so I already know what is going to happen). It always takes me three times as long to finish One Peice then any other manga. It's not that it's boring, it's just that it's not my cup of tea. It is interesting, but not to the point where I'd jump up as soon as the next Graphic Novel came out.

Anyway, I started April's Shonen Jump with Hikaru no Go this time because March left us on a cliff hanger. The first three pages were a let down as the cliff hanger didn't drag out. However I am not discuraged because I caught a glimps of the last page as I was looking for the first and saw some dialouge that suggested the opposite of what the first few pages told us.

Now as for why I only read what I do:
I used to read Naruto but it got very boring after a while. It would go on for three or four pages with no dialouge. I tried to get attached to the anime when Toonami brought it out, but alas, it was just as boring. One Peice anime isn't all that great either.

When Sand Box,or whatever the name of that one manga was, left Shonen Jump I was over joyed because it was just bad. Same with Dragon Ball Z. As for promos, the only ones I really ever read were Prince of Tennis (which sucked), Hikaru no Go (which caught my eye), and of course Kenshion (which made me very dissapointed when it never took Dragon Ball Z's place).

Basically, if I don't read it, it sucks. End of story.

Speaking of not reading...

I stopped reading Fruits Basket a while ago and I don't know why. I forget which two I borrowed from Melxi at the beginning of the school year. I never read them and Jay still had my number three and I have two number fours. I really need to get that straitened out, ne?

Anyone wanna fill me in on what I've missed in Fruits Basket after they went camping? I've seen the whole anime, but the anime ends where as the manga keeps going after Tohru finds out about Kyo. In the anime, they never introduce us to the horse (which I still haven't met in the manga ^_^u).

Anouther series I just sort of abandoned was Angel Sancurary. I bought and read the first manga and then I just stopped. I think it was due to a lack of funds which is also why I think I stopped Fruits Basket.

I also stopped reading Kill Me, Kiss Me. I read up to four and I own two and three. I think the author stopped publishing. I haven't seen a new one in over a year. It doesn't matter though, it sucked. The main conflict was resolved in the first book. I suppose the same thing could be said for Yu Yu Hakusho and the first season though. Ah well.

Well, one more thing before I go. I was deciding what I should read ealier:
-Reread DragonFlight by Anne McCaffry
-Read The Oddyssy by Homer
-Reread The Witch of Black Bird Pond
-Finsih The Color of her Panties by Peirs Anthony
-Wait for Son of a Witch

I decided to eliminate The Oddyssy becuase Son of a Witch is on (will be on) hold at the library for me soon and whatever I am reading when I get it in will have to be put on hold. That means I'd probobly get lost in The Oddyssy. I'm blonde and that would be bad.

I decided to go with DragonFlight. Any thoughts?

Well I'm going to go create/take quizzes.

   Gackt Desu.
So I just came home from Choir. During the concert I read the first Yu Yu Hakusho manga. I have been reading it in Shonen Jump for some time and I finished the anime last summer with Jay-June.

The first manga took me about an hour or so to read, give or take twenty minutes when I was singing or distracted by the orchestra. It mainly took me so long because the lights kept changing since KET was taping the concert. That and some of the astrict author's notes where on page 200 and I always read those.

Speaking of which, did you guys know that the creator of Yu Yu Hakusho and the creator of Sailor Moon are married? My first anime and my second favorite anime united under one household. *peace sign*

Second favorite you say? Yes. Cowboy Bebop will always be number one with Spike Speagul being my number one bishonen. The anime only has 26 episodes and I love every minute of it. I am a person who loves to pick out holes in things (This is prooven every time I watch the first 16 episodes of Transformers [Though I've only seen the first six]). In Cowboy Bebop there are no holes. Everything is explained including things we didn't really thing we wanted to know about (Like Fea's dept).

My third favorite anime is FullMeatle Alchemist. It is very political and since I love to argue...^_~. I haven't seen all the episodes to date. I need to get together with Jay and Carolina. We need to all pull our money and rent (or have friends pirate) every FullMeatle Alchemist DVD that has been released to date then once we have done that I can rent them as they come out.

So yeah, about the lack of color...

Dell is screwing me over. The AC Adapter that charges my laptop went out and Dell discontinued the part so I had to send Cabbit (the laptop's name) back to Dell so they could put the new part into my computer that is compatible with the new AC Adapter. When I have my laptop back I will spruce this place up. You'd like that, ne?

Well anyway, back to my original topic of finishing books...

I finished Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West by Gregory Maguire yesterday during choir practice. I saw the play last July and let me tell you, there is no other play/book/movie based off of anouther play/book/movie that is more different then Wicked the book and Wicked the play. Nothing. Wicked the play and Wicked the book make the movie Memoirs of a Geisha look like it followed the book to a T.

I hate it when something is based off of something else and doesn't follow the original perfectly. However, I do love both the book and the play in the case of Wicked. This is a rarety for me. If I had read the book before I saw the play I would have HATED the play, but here I am listening to 'Wonderful' and 'Defying Gravity'. This never happends with me.

It took me about three days to finish the book Wicked. I plan to start Son of a Witch which is the supposed sequal to Wicked. I do not actualy no what Son of a Witch is about, but I suspect it is about Liir and his findings of Nor and reclaiming his throne as a Prince in the Thousand Years Grassland. It is only a therory though.

Well, it be 10:23. Auston Powers is on. Fullmeatle Alchemist comes on at 12:30 and Cowboy Bebop an hour after that. I will type more later.
