Carl Foutley of As Told By Ginger

well carl foutley isnt an anime character but a nickoleodeon character. i crossed paths wth him when our animax channel was temporarily out of service and i even liked him coz he is such an amzing character. he does all this weird inventions and yes he is weird. i dont know how his mother handled him. though naughty and really full of this weird ideas for money making and being famous, he is such a good friend and student too. well one thing he likes harassing his billionaire friend Blake Grippling. and yeah the boy beside him with that pink coat is robert joseph bishop or hudsey for short. he is carl's psychic.
