Help...?
I need help finding backgrounds that look some-what like this one:

Th only problem with this one is that if I "tile" it, the line don't match up and then it looks really funny. Also, does anyone have any tips on computer graphics? Like, the fuzzy-fonts and the glittery stuff. lol I'm trying to improve my graphic skills considering I suck, and I don't want to wait a year before I get to learn anything because I'm gonna take a computer graphic class in school. >.< I'd much appriciate the help/tips. Thank you.
