half-day.

i'm typing again in the morning since i have nothing better to do then sit around and wait for my older sis to wake. ><
sooo- thanks for all the votes and comments on the Roxas pic. ^__^ it made me smile and grin like crazy. x3
It wasn't my BEST work of the character so that's why i was kinda beating myself up, but i'm glad others enjoyed him. <3

And i'm also posting to let you guys know that i might not be on this week. It's still unclear yet, because i have ALOT of things to do for school. (Literary analysis thingy, romeo and juliet project, etc etc)
And today's also my dad's one-year anniversary, soo....... i don't think i can find time to come on here anymore, but maybe once in a while to check up on art and stuff. ^^;

okay dokey.
Omg, i slept in the afternoon yesterday and i woke up at around 3:00 in the morning. ><
I am so tired.. but still, i wasted away the hours by coloring, doodling and listening to music. (and singing my head off. lol)
Anyway, sorry to say.. i spent nearly 7 hours drawing and coloring in, but NONE of the pictures are done yet. Sure, the sketches and outlines are done, but the coloring part takes me nearly a day to finish. xD

Now i have to go and finish up my outline for the Romeo and Juliet packet. O_o; What is UP with these stupid outlines? and the literal analysis thingy..

Well, i hope my day goes by pretty good. I can't go to the mall today to spend my money, sadly. I have like a BIG list on the things i want, but none that i actually NEED. lol.. ah well. i need to go call my BFF to groan about my boredom and tiredness to her. ^^;

Rants, rants, and more.. rants? :O
Before i type up the rant i'm beginning to say, i guess i should write about my day? ^^;
Um.. Since the Juniors are taking their MME, i had to get a different lunch schedule, but that was awesome since me and a friend finally had a chance to talk and catch up on things. ^_^
Bad thing about today.. well..... I kinda slammed a locker on somebody else's head. It was literally like "POW!" It was an accident, i swear!
I fell speechless and was like, "uh..um, sorry!" and i bolted. x3 He was the person who used the locker next to mine so i can't avoid him. shit.

Anyway.. to finish up with my day post, i wanted to say, "GOOD LUCK ON YOUR TESTS LARE AND KOOL AID GUY! :O"
sorry to make it sound like i'm yelling, i'm just excited for you guys. ^_^ You'll pass, i know it! >3<
Oh.. and i have a BIG english reading test tomorrow that's very simliar to the SAT or ACT, and i'm.. scared. T.T

Anyway.. moving on.

YAOI RANT.
Ok... so. To begin with this little productive speech. *ahem*
I'm aware that some of you HATE or LOVE Yaoi. For me, I KINDAAAA like it. It REALLY depends on who's being paired up with whom, so i'm not an OFFICIAL yaoi fangirl. x3
But for some reason.. I don't mind seeing Yaoi pictures being features on DeviantArt since that's the place where most yaoi fanart are being featured and stuff. I just ignore the stuff and move on unless it's a pair that i actually like...
It seems others, and i'm not pointing a finger at anyone, CAN'T ignore the piece and move on. xD I've seen ALOT and ALOT of people like this, who just think it's against nature or something to draw yaoi or fantasize about it. Geez, just ignore the pictures or posts about them, it's not so difficult you know?

I really don't get it.. It's just FICTIONAL characters being together; they're not real. >.>
*sigh* i don't even know why i'm typing this. All of a sudden i forgot the PURPOSE of this post. LOL

Well, anyway.... Yeah, to sum it all up.. I can't really see the big deal about Yaoiness; dammit, please just move on and ignore it. And stop trying to DEMAND to people that they should STOP drawing Yaoi, cause in truth, they won't. You CAN'T stop people from doing anything, plain and simple... But then.. why am i typing this up when i can't stop people from complaining about Yaoi?... aw, man.. my head is troubled...This is giving me a headache... lol...

Whatever, this is just irritating me and i have nearly two to three projects to do.. T.T

Oh, btw.. has anyone ever heard of a book or play called the "History Boys"? My sis went to Paris to watch the play and she said it was amazing. ^^; It's kinda about this boy who's bisexual and who likes his teacher...It's more interesting than it sounds...sooo... has anyone ever heard of it? i really want to read the book, cause it sounded interesting, but i wanted to hear a couple of reviews first. i'm worried my sister could be overexaggerating since she thought the main character was hot. x3

Yeah, i'm awake at midnight to finish up my stupid outline for this stupid romeo and juliet packet on Friar Laurence and his contrasts with the other characters. Sounds like a pain in the rear, doesn't it?

But anyway.. i'm updating just to let others know of what i've been up to lately. ^_^ Oh, and on my birthday, i got $200 and not 150. And my sister came home last night from Paris and London and she got me this cute teddy bear with the little british outfit thingy, and this beautiful purple necklace that's REAL crystal. i was like "gasp!!"
Yeah, and then my sister's friend, Samantha, had gotten me some treats and things from Guam.. God, i wish i could go back home..

Anyway. The art, the art.. riiight...
Well, i can't upload any tonight or tomorrow.. but i AM going to show you guys what i've been working my butt off lately.

Mkay. He is NOT my character, guys.. He's someone's character from DeviantArt, but i'm too lazy to look up the screenname. However, i'm still debating whether or not to throw this paper away and start on a new sheet so i can submit it on DA with the creator's permission. Ah well.. the hair was fun to do.

Duudee... this has got to be the WORST Riku picture i've done in my whole freaking life. O_o;; His eyes..!!!! why did i outline them so thick?! curse me.. curse me.. but i DID like the sketch for this though. before Riku's eyes got all snake-like on me. I'm still deciding whether to throw this paper away too, but Roxas' hair would be fun to color in, no?

Eh.. I used a chibi reference for Riku, since i liked someone's style of his drawing. I'm sure the reference pic was up on my site before, but i can't find it now.. >< ah well. *ahem* i KINDA like how riku came out, but my Oc.. ugh, i need to fix her pose up a bit.

Sora Hanaki, i am sooo sorry this is so late. But as you can see, it's not even done yet! >< I'm not so satisifed with this pic.. Please tell me the truth if you like it or not (no hard feelings), because then i can whip up another drawing for you that's probably better and hopefully not worse. ^^;
Oh btw - yeah, i know the staff is kind of upside down... but i put it like that the tip wouldn't be so plain. xD

Yeah.. so.. on the most part, all of those pictures above have ALOT of anatomy errors, but hey.. they're just drawings, right? x3
And tomorrow, there's no school since the Juniors are taking their tests, i'm staying home and finishing up one contest pic.. Yah.. I've been in a fanficing mood this week and not artistic which has been getting on my nerves lately. It seems my drawings aren't improving a bit, no matter how long i sit down and try to work through each of them and fix up the errors and mistakes.. *sigh*

b-day, whoo! ^__^
Okay, so today was my birthday! YAY~

and i got quite a bit of presents, although i'm still awaiting one from m yolder sister. ^_^ i got some gifts and about 150$. A bit little than what i got last year, but hey i am so happy with it. :DDDDD
And to make things ever better, the parcel with Roxas' (KH2) throwing star pendant arrived in the mail yesterday .It was actually metal (i think) so i doubt it'll fade like other fake silver. ^^; but yeah, i'll add that to my little trinket collection. x3

Anyway, i got a 71% on my history Benchmark test, and ehh... i always knew i would at least get a C on it or something. but for my bio test i got like a B- or an A. Yay~

Today was definetely a good day for me, although it was still a bit odd... a senior guy asked me out to a prom show, and i was like, "uhh...? me? n-no it's okay.." LOL. i would've said "sure!" if it was someone i knew or something, but this guy was a complete stranger. O_o

so yeah. enuff bout my day. ^__^ how was all of yours? it might be a little late that i updated, but.. still.

Oh yeah- i am SPEED RUSHING on quite a few pics tonight when i get back home so i can finally submit Rain's contest entry for tomorrow. and Finally get some of my friend's gifts done.. *sigh* i always come back home at around 9 at night, and i always have homework too, so i never really had time to finish pu my doujin or my fanart.. *sob*

sad, sad day.
Ugh, it seems now that i go back to school i have even MORE homework and alot more stress. ><

Hate to say, but my artwork won't be up till probably this weekend or maybe next week due to other major things going on right now.. xD my sister is leaving for paris and london in just a day from now, soo there might be days next week that i might stay home from school because someone won't be able to drop me off school on time in the morning. *yay i hope for that*

And lately, it seems the art on myotaku and deviantart are just taunting me! xDD they're so good that i want to hurry up and finish up my own drawings, but.. time has been wasted so much lately, because of school and me going over to my sister's house to watch eppies of supernatural. I swear Dean's so hot. lol

Big apologies to Sora Hanaki and Kool Aid guy for not getting their gifts uploaded yet. I swear i have KAG's drawing all thought up and sketched out, and i have SH's giftie pic 4/5 finished. So hopefully, if i have time i can finish those up in the next day or two.. but then there are pics i need to do for two contests, and.. well, i have those sketched out as well, but just not designed yet. *ugh, time? why are you going by so damn fast?*

Well, sorry to those who actually read through my complaints. ^^; i'm actually a bit happier than how i sound though, i promise. xP

So, how has everyone been? ^_^
I tried restraining myself from posting, but i was bored. xD

Anyway, i uploaded a small picture up today, so it should be in my portfolio. It's not anything great, just a late art that's still in progress. ^_^ Other artwork and possibly better ones would be up soon, just to let you guys know.

It's already thursday. O_o time sure goes by fast, doesn't it? Ugh, and i even have this huge project to do, but i didn't even start on it. ^^;

I'd much rather watch Supernatural and doodle instead of doing homework on my winter break. >.>

Well, to end this post up - i decided that i will get money instead of a Wii for my birthday. I'm not sure how much exactly my mom is planning on giving me, but the way she explained it, i think it could be about/over $200, yay. ^__^

I'm really excited/hyper right now because i just talked to my BFF on myspace. It's all Jasmin's fault, blame her~ xD

anywho! I managed to spend some time on the art request/trade info on my profile today. It's at the bottom in the quiz results if anyone's interested. x3

And yes, there's a BIG chance that there will be uploaded pictures by tonight. Some gifts, and maybe some personal art that i finished a while back. =D not sure if i'll have time to upload them tonight or on tuesday since my sister is sick. *sigh* geez, everyone's getting sick except me, i feel so.. left out. =(

I'm doodling up alot of pages today, since i'm in an artistic mood. ^^

eh- i still don't know what i want for my birthday.. my sister is going to paris and london on march 1, so i can't think of anything from there that i actually want.. if she was going to japan or something, i'd definetely ask for a kimono, but... seeing that she isn't. x(
i actually asked my mom for a Wii, but she said that she can get it for me in april, a month after. I was planning on just settling down with that, until i thought, "but.. it's not that i actually NEED it or anything.."
So, yeah. i'm completely stuck. Should i just get money? lmao. i know i sound selfish to you all, but it's just probably one gift for me this year so i want it to be worth it. ^_^
any tips/help/advice would be great. x3

better day.
Today was a little bit better than yesterday. We still don't know who in the school did the whole bomb threat thing.. but the assistant principal found the person's "fingerprint" so they're on the trail. ^_^ yay...?

lol. anyway, one thing that sucked was someone took the idea of a project before i did. *sighs* so i'm stuck with finding out the type of devices and such people used in the Elizabethan time period on thieves and bad-people. =| ah well, at least i'll have a blast drawing a huge metal detector (if they had those things back then) on a big poster paper. lol the project's nearly 100 points, so i'm kinda freaking out...

At least i got to hang out with a few people today that i never dreamed about even having a convo with. ^^; weird... but in a way, it's quite interesting to meet new people than just my best friends. :3

I'm just so happy school is OUT! yes! now i can finally whip up some drawings that's been hanging around in my drawing folder. x3 and i can finish Sora Hanaki's giftie picture, whee~

well, talk to you guys later. btw- i just noticed earlier that there were small little pawprints in the snow infront of my apartment door and they're so cute! >< it's probably the little black kitty my next door neighbor has, but the cat is so adorable... and tiny. x3

   bomb threat. >.
Mkay. I came out of school early today because of a bomb threat. How unbelieveable is that. Some stupid kid in school wrote a note saying that they're going to plant a bomb or whatever in the school building and so the teachers got a hold of that note and was taking "extra measures". They sent us out an hour earlier than the usual dismissal time.
This same thing happened before in the past, and had to bring in those canine dogs that sniff out bombs/weed/etc. The german sheperd ones, i think? yah.
And this even happened at Walled Lake Central, another school in my district and they actually FOUND a bomb in their school. I swear, what is the world coming to? >.>
Oh, btw- i heard this girl in my choir class actually saying something about a note saying about a bomb in the school. xD i had no clue on what was happening at the time though..

And then another weird thing happened today. I didn't go to school on tuesday because of my mom being sick and well.. i had to watch over her and the house and stuff since noone was able to stay home. So I did instead.
Today in 3rd period, i was doing my work when some lady on the speaker asked my teacher if i came to school on tuesday. When Anthony said no, the lady told my teacher i had to go to the office.
When i got there, i had to call my mom to get an excuse for my absence. all i said was "um.. okay" and i did. when the lady (Mrs. King or whatever) talked to my mom, i heard her say, "Next time, you should call in if your daughter forgot her note. They DON'T bring the notes in."
That's when i got so pissed. I mean, this was like the second time i EVER forgot an absent note. So what the hell is up with that lady? it was probably because there was a snow day yesterday that they're lacking on work and shit like that, but that gives them no right to get mad at a student or their parents like that. She was practically yelling at my mom, and since my mom was still sick this morning, it flared my temper.

*exhales* So yeah, i was walking back to Biology (my 3rd period) while muttering curses and insults under my breath. When i got back in the class, Anthony greeted me with a "did you get detention?"
lmao, i swear.. school is becoming such a drag. That was like my fourth trip to the councilling office in my freshman year, which sucks.. and it was all because of my attendance record, or because i'm failing Algebra. xD

Anyway. I'm sorry for ranting away like that. There were a few swearing words in the paragraph(s) up above, so sorry. =( I feel a bit better though, my irritation is pretty much gone now. :D

Well, on a brighter note. I downloaded the KH2 manga 1-10 and oh my god. Roxas is such a sweetie. xD He cries in the tenth chapter and i had to shed a few tears. It's so sad. T.T
