   NEW YORK!!!! (part 1)
I did promise to tell about it, didn't I? Well anyway, on Thursday last week we got on a bus at 8:00 and started a twelve hour (including rest and food stops) trip to New Jersey. Technically our hotel was in New Jersey. We got there early and had to eat in the hotel restaurant. I got a chicken sandwhich that cost eleven freaking dollars (holy crap! All that and no steak?!) and the bread was the type that's hard on the outside soft on the inside, I had to tear at it to get it to come off. We got in the hotel hottub afterwards and then into the pool, Mr. J. (my awsome drama teacher) joined us and we played marco polo. Mr. J apparently has a celtic tree tatoo on his back. We took showers and went to bed, excited for the promise of a new day.

Day two will be told about tomorrow.
