Well. I don't know about you, but I had such an exciting day today that I can hardly contain myself. And if you believe that, you're more gullible than I thought!

I got up. I watched a little morning TV. Studied and got through four more chapters of E-commerce. Yay! Only three to go, then I start up on Java Programming. Eeek....

Yesterday when I walked down to the post office, I noticed part of the "grill" of his car was in front of a corner of his license plate. I popped it back in place. When he woke up, he told me he had hit a raccoon Monday on the way to work. I told him about what I did. He was really puzzled, so I showed him. Well, this morning when he was leaving work, he noticed a part hanging down under his car. It was a fan!!! The whole unit thing was hanging down. He got it back up good enough to drive the thing. So, today we were looking at it closer and he got down on the ground to look up underneath the car. There was a lot more damage done by that raccoon than he thought! So... he got estimates for repair and it's now in the hands of the insurance guy. Spendy raccoon!!

Well... I guess that's it for tonight. I do have a picture to put up for fanart. I just need a title... Oh... just go check it out. I'm putting it up anyway. Meaningful title or no!

Well... I guess the eye/finger reference means I'm slightly bored again. Nowhere as near as I was Sunday night though...

Texas Hold'em Mega Super Hyper Doppler 4000, version 2.0, an explanation: one of our local TV stations has called their weather radar "Super Doppler 4000." For years, I've called it "Super Hyper Doppler 4000." My brother added "Mega" to the beginning of it last night. Then I added "Texas Hold'em" because there's just so many things that have added those words to their product just to make money. Then my brother came up with "version 2.0!" We were getting silly.

Today was pretty uneventful. I tried to do a System Restore on this beast, but it failed. Whee. I got a couple more chapters of E-commerce knocked off while waiting for that to happen.

Now it's raining again. I like the sound of rain on the rooftop.

Well, I tried very hard to get to all sites tonight, but the beast reared its ugly head and made things difficult as usual. I swear I'm going to take a sledge hammer to this thing one day.

Well, Memorial Day is coming to a close. I spent it pretty much by myself. My brother didn't feel well when he woke up this afternoon, so he went back to bed for most of the evening as well. I watched Hellboy while washing a couple loads of towels. Wheee! I also played around with my Japanese book today. Then this evening I killed some time by watching my Trigun DVD. Yay, Vash!

Speaking of Vash...I wonder what he's been up to lately. He hasn't made a nuisance of himself lately.

Me:*goes searching for Vash & Kenshin* Guys? Where are you?

Me: Where did those two get to? *searches all over the house and finds them in the basement*

Well, we didn't go food shopping. We actually stayed at home! I got to watch most of the Indy 500. Yay!! That is the only auto race that I follow and I was so happy to be able to watch it. I was hoping that Danica Patrick would have won, but was happy that she finished as high as she did. Tonight I watched a show about King Tut on the National Geographic Channel. That was really interesting.

So here I am...BORED OUT OF MY SKULL!!!! I don't want to go to bed yet. I don't feel like drawing or writing. So, I guess I'll just keep sticking my finger in my eye.

Well, we went to see Revenge of the Sith today! It was good. I was sad at a few parts, but I didn't cry. I hit my brother for something the Emperor said to Darth Vader. And I kept calling Obi-Wan Kenobi "Steve" through the whole movie.

I don't know what we'll be doing tomorrow. Probably going somewhere to buy bread and other groceries. Oooh... so exciting!

Tomorrow we're going to go see the new Star Wars movie. We're going down to Council Bluffs where there's a good theater! I guess I'll have to do the driving 'cause my brother doesn't like to drive down there.

I put up new artwork tonight. It was a complete re-do of yesterday's fiasco! Even his expression changed! If the mood strikes me & I get it done yet tonight, there may be a new greeting up too!

Well... what happened today? Not a whole lot. I did some studying and fell asleep while reading. Yay! Then I did some organizing of a folder of stuff on the hard drive. Even more exciting!!!

My brother & I tried to do our evening walk, but had a bit of a problem. We hadn't been out very long when it started to rain on us! The first rainstorm was really short. We hid out in a building that had lumber in it for a couple minutes then the rain stopped. My brother then decided we should go home. We got about a block from the house and it really started to rain! He started to run. I sort of jogged. My one ankle was seizing up on me!!! Well, we got a bit wet, but not completely soaked. Had to put on dry clothes though. It was actually kind of fun.

I found a doodle that I had done ages ago and finished it off today. Now that I took a good look at what I did, I realized it sucks! So...it is NOT going to be put in the fanart until I redo it completely. The pose is anatomically impossible and one eye was too big. Awful...

Today's thrills: a thunderstorm during the wee hours of the morning! Actually woke me up for a little bit. Then I was out like a light once I figured out what the noise was. Watched Matrix Reloaded. That is one weird movie! I was mildly confused at parts of it. Now I gotta find the third one....

My exciting day: woke up with an earache. So I guess it was my allergies acting up last night to give me that headache. Did a little writing this morning while watching something about summer in the Arctic Circle on the National Geographic Channel. Ate lunch, came upstairs here to study E-Commerce! Whee!

Watched the season finale of NCIS tonight. I just got into that show in January. I like the show. The ending was a shocker!!!! Can't wait for the season finale of Lost tomorrow night. That's gonna be good.

I did nothing terribly exciting today. Did laundry & read Kenshin while waiting. That is the extent of the excitement for the day. I did try to do some writing, but got frustrated with it and stopped. I may try again later.

Must be a change happening in the weather. I have a touch of a headache now. I think I may wander across the hall to that semi-soft thing called my futon.
