My sister has been getting the South Park DVDs. So, that means... she gave me the video tapes they had. I watched South Park for SIX hours today!

I finally had to stop. Otherwise, I'd still be watching.

   Disturbing similarities.

Okay. I just read the Rurouni Kenshin with Kurogasa. I had a problem with disliking Jin-E as a villain. Sure, he was completely wacko and killed because he liked to kill, but he looked too much like Gambit from X-men!!! I like Gambit! He's been one of my favorites for ages!!!

Lots of nothing today.

My brother left this morning. Spent the morning & early afternoon watching DVDs. Yippee.

Went to a movie this afternoon. Finally got to see "the Bourne Supremacy." Good movie. I think there were only 2 other people in the theater with me.

Been playing online this evening. Whee....

   Oh...all right...

We couldn't find a white monkey toy to destroy.... Kohaku is Naraku!!!! (Don't worry, plushie lovers... it was a really, really, really ugly teddy bear. I mean, it was so ugly that it didn't hurt at all to destroy it. In fact, we kinda enjoyed it.)

Sorry I didn't get to sites today/Saturday. I went to a hockey game....a rather one-sided hockey game. Lancers beat the Stars 7 to 1. Yow! However, I did get to see Mario Lemieux, Luc Robitaille & Mike Eruzione at a table signing autographs. Since I don't have season tickets, I couldn't get close to them. But I had a couple cards on me just in case I could.

Well.. will be back tomorrow/Sunday.

   And suddenly...it's Fall!

Yesterday was the last gasp of Summer. Temperatures were in the upper 70s. It was sunny. Today is cloudy and windy. Temperature is in the mid 60s. It's supposed to rain off & on all day.

Oh...I'm making a website for Kohaku's cosplay. It will have the pictures that I've posted here. I'll keep posting things as long as he keeps making costumes.

So far my favorites have been Miroku with paw on the rear end of the doll from the Philippines and Wolfwood.

I went to McDonald's for lunch today and ordered the 3 piece Chicken Selects combo. I sat down with my food and there were 6 pieces of chicken in there! So....I have chicken for another day.

I didn't take any tests today. Just did a bunch of reviewing. I'll actually take the first tests on the 15th of October. Eeek! I better start studying. Ha Ha Ha!

   Well...this was a waste of time...almost

Last night I went to start another puzzle on that other community. Turns out that the number in the picture is supposed to be counting up. Well, I'm on dialup so I have to hit refresh to get the number to change. Everytime I hit refresh I get the prompt that the page can't be refreshed without retrying something or another. So I click the button and the number increases by 1. I have to get the number up to 99. So I tried the library computer 'cause it's high speed. Well, the baka computers at the library don't have some plug-in or another that would run the counter's animation. Maybe if I go to my sister's & use her computer..... I'll have to do that another day. Or suck it in and click refresh/resend a bunch of times.

I think I may be the latest in line for a bunch of people that want to lynch the guy that is in charge of that site.

Well, I think I may wander around for a few minutes before I gotta go find lunch. Then I get to wander across town to try my hand at some testing or whatever toward one of my certificates. Whee.

Okay. A further explanation of last night/early this morning's puzzle post. It wasn't a jigsaw puzzle or anything like that. It was more of a lateral thinking puzzle. Really really really lateral. The type where you have to think "outside of the box" to solve. In fact, the answer was so far outside that box, that I lost sight of it somewhere along the line. The person that made the puzzle (and the 15 others that led up to it) came up with a topic and then went all over the place to get to an answer. He pulled together so many different things and then fit them to what he thought they all related to. Like I said.... tripe. 100% unblemished tripe. I have decided that if I ever meet the guy, I'm gonna slap him for being an insufferable prat!
