   FINALLY!!!!

After just over 2 months and 17 days I have finally finished a puzzle on another site. It was the worst piece of tripe of a puzzle that I have ever encountered in my life as a member of that other internet community. But then again, I haven't seen the new puzzles over on the parent site yet....

Oh, so what? I want to celebrate the end of the Esoteria. I think this calls for sleep!

   Oh no! Here he goes again!

I went out for a donut of my own today. Kohaku had some fun while I was away.





He's having so much fun now, I just can't get mad at him.

Other than the fun of what Kohaku is going to come up with next, not much has been happening in my life. I tried to review some of the stuff I've been taking classes in so I can do some testing, but I got distracted by a movie this afternoon. "Catch Me If You Can" with Tom Hanks & Leonardo DiCaprio. Very good & funny! And it's based on a true story. I may have to read the book now.

   Where is he getting this stuff?

Okay...I went to bed last night at 10:00 and got up this morning after 10:00. I really needed that. My headache is better, but my sinuses are still achy. Blah.

   Oh... forget it.

My head hurts too much to continue. I made it to a few sites. The rest of you, I apologize. Maybe tomorrow I'll feel a little more human and less like a giant ache.

   Oh...my head.

I am so sick of my head hurting because of my sinuses. I woke up this morning with my head completely stuffed up. I took some decongestant, but the pain reliever part has done no good whatsoever.

And Photobucket is down right now. It says right on their site that they're having network problems. Rats.

I'm gonna look at stuff now.

   Approximately 19 hours later...

Well. I got some sleep finally. Yay! I was so tired, but I kept on goofing around online last night. I guess I was trying to see how long I could go to get to be really really tired so I could sleep through.

I went to the rock show today. Got a couple neat polished stones, a pair of carved cats, a tiny amethyst crystal, and a geode with pretty crystals inside. If my little camera was better than it is, I'd take a picture for you guys. But it's not the greatest camera.

Kohaku seems to have behaved himself this weekend, but I did come home to this.



At least he spent the weekend reading instead of watching TV.

   I think I'm going crazy...no. I AM crazy!

Okay. I went over to my fanart section and checked the comments. I had a couple questions from Mamma Vash about a couple of them.

1. On "Peaceful Hunter" in color: he's done like the color InuYasha picture. Except for using the pencil sketch as a guide, which was later eliminated from the drawing, he was done in CorelDraw & exported to CorelPaint to make him into a JPG file. If I can ever get my act together, I'm going to make a website that breaks the picture down into its components so you can see what I go through to do pictures in Corel.

2. In "the Real Me" the team on my jersey is the Sioux City Musketeers, my favorite hockey team. I hope they kick ass & take names this year. Since the NHL bugged out on me (Grrrrr!), I have the USHL to follow. It's what they call Junior league hockey, a developmental league for 16 to 20 year old players.

My parents' scanner is possessed. Since I fired up the computer about 2 hours ago, it has run like it's scanning something on it's own.....I'm concerned.

   Aggghhh.... my eyes!

I'm so tired right now. It's still Friday for me, so deal. Okay?

Ugh.

Anyhoo...this afternoon my brother & I went over to South Sioux City, Nebraska, (that hot bed of action!) to help set up for the show I mentioned in a previous post. After about 2 hours of dragging filthy, heavy tables around and helping people get their display stuff and/or merchandise into the center, we left. There really was nothing more for us to do. So we went and had Culver's burgers for supper and went to Hobby Lobby & the mall. Then home. Whee. Exciting day, eh?

Well, tomorrow the show actually gets under way. I'll go over to see stuff probably after lunch and then drive back home to Council Bluffs. The excitement never ends.

Hmm...it seems so odd calling Council Bluffs "home" now. Kingsley was "home" for so long.
