   I am so addicted to these quiz things

My latest. I admit I got a little silly when answering, but I do feel this way sometimes and I absolutely love the picture. I definitely can identify with this picture.

   I'm tormenting myself

As usual there's nothing on TV worth watching right now, so I've decided to torture myself with bad movies. Right now it's 'The Leech Woman.' I could have watched one of the classic Alfred Hitchcock DVDs I got from the library today, but no... I go for the cheese. Well, it's fun!

   Nooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't believe I just did that! Nonononononononono!!!!! *screams and pounds head on the floor*

Okay... here's the scoop. I've got several THOUSAND hockey cards and I'm going through them and making a list of everything I have. It's a long drawn out process and it's a pain in the arse to do. I started at the back end of the alphabet and am working towards "A." Today I got to about 2/3 the way through "S" when I realized I missed a particular factoid on one series of cards. I accidentally deleted most of my listing for "S"!!!!!!!!!!!

So...now I have to START OVER on the letter "S" and enter them all again.

*returns to the head on floor pounding*

I'm trying to change my little picture in the corner. Not that there's anything wrong with that fox, but I wanted to get a picture of Shippo up there. *pounds head on floor a few times* Ow! Carpet burn!

   The ordeal is over!!!

At last! I have air conditioning! And it's functional!!! It's actually a temperature that is tolerable in here! I'm so happy!

Wheeeee!!!! Time to run around like an absolute maniac now.

   Computer woes and rain

Hello all!

I attempted to go to the Renaissance Faire yesterday. Well...I actually got there, BUT.... we were there for maybe an hour when a cloud of doom came rolling in. Yes, a nice severe thunderstorm showed up for the faire. We didn't get to see much of any of the performers or eat. We got herded into one of the fairground buildings for a couple hours and when the rain let up enough for us to leave, they announced that they were not going to bother opening up again as there was another storm coming. Well... I suppose I'll have to wait until next year. Or maybe until September when that faire over on the Nebraska side of the river is running... hmmm.... better keep that one in mind.

As for computer woes: I am still having issues with sound on my webpage. I'm beginning to wonder if it's this computer that is having issues. I should try pulling up my page over on the other computer to see if the sounds show up on it. Hey... why didn't I think of that earlier? *macks forehead in classic Homer Simpson fashion* D'oh!

Well...later peoples! Time to continue running around this lovely thing called the internet.

   Boredom starts to set in...

Yeah. That's the thing going on now. Just did a couple silly quizzes again. Results are on the quiz page.

I think I'll watch this movie now. Mmmm... Antonio Banderes!

I should go to bed at a decent time as I have to do a bunch of stuff before I go to the Renaissance Faire with my sister & her family tomorrow. It's gonna be a hot one!

   Day number 5

Yes... it was the 5th day without air conditioning. Maintenance stopped by this morning to let me know what's what with the thing. They had to replace the compressor on the roof! He said he'd probably have it done today. Guess what!!! It didn't get done today. I hope it gets done tomorrow! I am so sick of the hot & sticky feeling in here. Blah.
