   I love high speed internet!!!

I realized much later that I didn't explain how I discovered all those new musics without a radio.... I did it with the power of the INTERNET!!! Bwahahahaha!!!!!!

At various times in the past, I've listened to WXPN's online broadcasts. At the beginning of the year, they had a top 100 songs of 2007 show. I listened to it a few times online and printed out the playlist. I circled the songs I liked and then hit iTunes. I think there were only two songs that I couldn't get from them.

So, even now, I'm listening to internet radio. I found the station in Windows Media Player: RadioIO Eclectic. Unfortunately, they haven't told me who any of these people are.... *sigh* If I like something, I'll try to remember lyrics and then Google it.

Well, it's just past 9:30 pm on Monday. My second in a row day off is coming to an end. Rats. I didn't do a thing at all today! I finished the 4th Harry Potter book & started on the 5th right away. I also watched a really bad movie. So horribly bad, I fell asleep during it and didn't miss anything in the plot! If there even was a plot. What do you expect from a DVD that cost only $1.00? Acadamy Award material? Then I watched a couple episodes of Kenshin...

Now here I am. I've been playing around on the big computer upstairs because it's too dang cold in the living room and dining room to sit down there and watch TV while goofing on the web. I've been on for about an hour & a half. I don't know how much else I'm gonna do. I suppose I could go and attempt to write or draw. Yeah... I may have to do that.

I've discovered a new singer... Lily Allen. I like her better than Amy Winehouse.

I've actually discovered a lot of new groups and singers lately: the Fratellis, the New Pornographers, the Cat Empire, Fountains of Wayne.

And I did it all without listening to a radio!!!

   Eh, whatever...

Well, another Thursday off has almost ended. I did the usual, so I won't go into detail on that.

I really didn't feel all that good today, so I tried to do as little as possible that involved heavy thinking. My sinuses were killing me and nothing I took to alleve it seemed to help. It wasn't until after supper that I started to feel better. That's when I finally had some caffeine.

I'm really not looking forward to going to work tomorrow or Saturday. My brother has both of those nights off and we won't be able to do anything exciting. *sigh* Hopefully we'll be able to do something after I get home from work.

Well, that's about it for me. I think I'm going to find something else exciting to do here. *falls off chair laughing at that line*

   Laaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!

I have noticed that with the onset of Version Vibrant, I have suddenly become unable to comment on anyone's posts. Even my own! My avatar is missing, too, but Adam said that was a known issue.

Well, I'm now at work. I was going to pull out my laptop, but was busy enough for quite a while that I'm not going to bother with it. I've got like three hours left of my shift. The only thing I'd do would be to make sure my checkbook isn't out of whack with the bank, but I can do that whenever.

So... now I leave you and run off into the sunset. Wait... that was a couple hours ago. I'm outta here!

I just can't figure out what to say here.

Monday is coming to an end. It was a snowy day off. It's still snowing now. I don't know how much we've gotten, but my car is white again. Haha!!!

I helped my mother with sorting through some fabric and boxes. It wasn't exactly what I had wanted to do, but was kind of fun. I think we emptied out three boxes and threw out a lot of stuff.

I ended up watching the fourth Harry Potter movie tonight. I don't think I had watched it since I saw it in the theatre. Wow.

So, now I'm sitting in the dining room watching Law & Order: Criminal Intent. It's kind of cold in here, but not as cold as last night.

Well, that's about it for me tonight.

   Expecto Patronum!!!!

Yeah. I'm trying to drive the dementors away again.

Anyhoo...It's a snowy Sunday night. I'm sitting up in the office goofing around on the monster desktop. It's just too cold to go downstairs and fire up the laptop to connect with it. Unfortunately I don't have a TV up here to watch/listen to while doing this, so I have to rely on internet radio again. Not too bad, really.

I had the day off. Whee! Didn't do a thing worth while at all! Whee!!!!

Last night at work wasn't fun at all. I got to work at 3:00 and was ready to run screaming from the building by 3:20! One computer wasn't working at all. The girl I came in to replace was $25 short on her shift. I counted in and was $25 over. The software on the functioning computer crashed just as the lobby filled up with people that wanted to check in or needed something else that the computer was necessary to use to take care of. It was not fun at all. Of course I had to work with the little psycho as usual. Really made for a truly sucky night!

So, I was extremely happy to get to leave work last night and get home. I sat up talking to my brother until around 2:30 this morning! Yeah! This evening I watched the third Harry Potter movie. So... here I am now. Email is read and post has been made. Yeah. I'm set. I'm probably going to do a few other things and then go see if I can find anything on TV in my bedroom.

   Wow... I forgot to post at work last night....

Well, Thursday is now in it's waning hour. I managed to get home last night with no problems. The roads were nice and clean.

Tuesday night at work ended up not fun at all. First, I must give you a little background info: there is an unexplained smell in the building. Okay... now on to the story: About 8:30 a guy wandered through the lobby and yelled, "Do I get a discount on my room because of the smell?" I politely asked what he meant and what room he was in. He proceeded to yell at me for about 10 minutes about it. Another guest was in the lobby on the couch and told the guy to keep quiet. He did go back to his room, but came back a couple minutes later because his key didn't work and had to yell about that. He went to his room again and came back again to demand a different room. "One that don't stink!!!!" He yelled at me for another 5 to 10 minutes and I finally yelled back. I told him to stop yelling at me and go to his new room or he would have to leave the premises. The other guest was still on the couch and told him to stop yelling again. About 10:00, the bartender was on her way out and said, "Wasn't that guy a piece of work?" She then let me know that the guy had been in the bar for about 4 hours before he came out to yell in the lobby and had been yelling and complaining to her from the time he walked into the bar. The guy is now on the "Do Not Rent to these People" list. Go figure.

I was so upset by the guy that I ended up with a stomachache that lasted until this morning! I really didn't feel good at all Wednesday, but still managed to make it through work without killing the little psycho.

So, here it is... 11:15 pm on Thursday. I had the day off. Did the usual, plus made a necklace for a friend. I have tomorrow off, too. There's a home hockey game. Guess where I'll be tomorrow night! Then I have to work on Saturday, but have Sunday & Monday off. I think the manager has a problem with scheduling....

Oh, yeah... I watched Shin-chan and Ghost In the Shell: Stand Alone Complex before I started to lose consciousness the other night. Shin-chan has really horrible animation, but is rather funny. It's on par with South Park: the show is wrong on so many levels, but incredibly funny.

   Hmmmph!

The weather is crappy. I get that. I don't need to be reminded of it every two minutes!

The little psycho is whining about the weather. He's sick of the snow and cold. I told him to move to southern Arizona so he wouldn't have to look at it anymore. And then I wouldn't have to look at him anymore or listen to him whine and/or babble!

I think I'm going to be stuck here tonight again because the roads are crappy. At least I get to watch a little anime...
