   Haha! I win!

I win the staring contest. Just because!

Well, it's Tuesday, 7:30-ish. I'm at work. I've been pretty busy tonight. Not totally bored out of my skull like the last two nights. I did a lot of busy work today at the beginning of my shift... stuff that I like to do and some straightening up of things behind the desk here.

So, now I'm getting to the point where I need to think about doing some work again. I don't want to!!!!! There's a little over three hours left in my shift and I can't wait! Whee! I know I'll be outta here on time, 'cuz my brother comes on at 11:00.

   It was dark and still...

Sunday evening. 6:30-ish. At work. Bored.

I'm actually not working with the psycho tonight. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to act as driver on a Sunday night. Since it is rather dead tonight, I brought the laptop along anyways. It's quiet in here. I should bring up iTunes and get some music going or something.

Well, my brother & I went to see Pirates 3 this afternoon before work. It was pretty good. Kind of a bittersweet ending to it, in a way. But it had Johnny Depp over and over and over in one scene. You can't go wrong with a couple dozen Johnny Depps! Ooops, can't forget Orlando Bloom, too! But there was only one of him. So, all in all, it was a good way to kill a few hours before work.

I think I will find something to do now. It's only 6:30 and already I'm losing my marbles.

   I'd rather be napping...

Well, it's Saturday. I'm at work as usual. It's a mildly busy night and I'm working with the psycho. I really wish she'd not schedule him for nights like this. He's too much of a bother at times.

Anyhoo...It's actually kind of quiet right now, which is 6:15 pm Central Daylight Time. There's a wedding party in the back and when the bridal party arrived, they were quite loud. And that puts it mildly. Hopefully they won't be too much trouble. I won't hold my breath, though.

My big plans for the Memorial Day weekend are work, work, work. Yeah. I gotta work all weekend as usual. *sigh* Not that I'd do anything special otherwise. Tomorrow, my brother & I will probably go see Pirates 3. We'd have gone today if I hadn't had to be at work at 3:00. I work at 4:00 tomorrow, so we should be able to go. Yay! Popcorn for lunch again!

Anyhoo...speaking of lunch. I think it's time to eat mine. Yay. Bagel & yogurt again. *sigh* I'm running out of food...

   Duhhh....

Thursday. Day off number 2. Today's post isn't as organized as yesterday. That actually was kinda fun to do the post that way. Today was pretty laid back. I did laundry as usual for Thursdays. I also worked at my Japanese for a while as it was going on. I now have a buttload of verbs listed out. I have to print the list now.

Now I'm sitting here getting bored with the computer. *sigh* It's around 12:30 in the morning and I've got Psych going in the other room. It's a cute show. I guess my boredom is coming from being mildly fed up with my dialup connection.

So...now I think I'll hit dA and see if anything interesting is over there.

   Day off #1

I did as little as possible.
I read manga.
I ate chicken.
I discovered that KFC's Extra Crispy isn't anymore after a couple days.
I read more manga while eating chicken.
I went to the post office.
I tried to work on my Japanese, but got bored with it.
I tried to do some writing, but got distracted by a TV show about samurai.
I went for a walk with my brother.
I made spaghetti for supper.
My brother & I wasted time for a couple hours.
I got online.
I read my email.
I did some other stuff online.

   I'm feeling much better now.

Thanks for your concern about yesterday Kitsune & wo|f. It's very easy to explain what the problem was: MONDAY!!!!!

It was a typical Monday night at work last night. It was busy and I had to put up with the little psycho and his incessant complaining while also trying to check in a group of about 40 people, answer phone calls and do all the other stuff I gotta do. Unfortunately most of that occurred between 5:30 and 8:30 pm. I never got to eat until almost 9:00, and then I only ate my carrots, radishes, pineapple & chips. The piece of chicken was left for another day. So sad. Actually, the sad part was that I really had to pee during that time and got incredibly uncomfortable. Yeah, that was a bit on the gross side. I'm surprised I was able to post even as much as I did last night.

So, now it's Tuesday night. It's pretty dead compared to last night. I actually have been able to eat at a decent time. I've also been able to go to the bathroom once! Woohoo!

Tomorrow and Thursday are days off. I can't wait! My plans include doing a lot of stuff that isn't important... and laundry. It always involves laundry. Why is it never done? *sigh*

So...time to wander off and do something destructive... er, constructive!

Busy weekend is over

Hooray!

I don't like these extremely busy weekends. It's just a breeding ground for complaints and short tempers.

Speaking of complaints... the little psycho is pissing and moaning about having to do some actual work! OMFG!!! He's got to work! What a shock!

I get so sick of him.

Well, nothing else is going on with me. It's about 10 minutes to 7:00 right now. I'm nibbling at pseudo-Ritz crackers and listening to internet radio. I'm also counting the days to my next day off... 2.5! Yep. Got Wednesday & Thursday off. I think my big plans for Wednesday may involve doing as little as possible that has any socially redeeming factor. It may involve a computer. It may involve books. I don't know yet. It's still a mystery to be discovered.

Okay, that was weird. I think I will find something interesting to do now. I have a few places I want to check out online yet before I shut this thing down for the night.

   I think I need to eat something relatively good for me...

So far today, I have eaten a bowl of Captain Crunch Crunchberries, half a bag of movie popcorn, and a banana split Blizzard. I think I need something a little more substantial.

Went to Shrek the Third today. It's cute and has some really funny moments in it. I like the princesses... especially Sleeping Beauty.

Well, I suppose I should stop doing this and go change into my work clothes. I'm sitting at one of the lobby computers, acting like a guest instead of an employee. *sigh* Work beckons... or is that my stomach saying, "Real food, please"? Whatever...
