   Wahahahahahahaa!!!!!!!!

Well, Wednesday was a day off for me. I was going to do my laundry, but my parents decided something for me... I was going to drive them to Sioux Falls! They don't trust their car to go any farther than about 30 miles away from home. My youngest neice went with us. It was fun. We took Christmas presents to my oldest brother's house and then went to visit him at work. Then to the mall. I didn't buy anything, but I did help my neice pick out something at Hot Topic. She's 14 and got a gift card for there. My parents decided to wait outside the store. They didn't think they'd look right going into Hot Topic. They're both in their 70s! So, after the mall, we went back to SUX and ate at Wendy's and did a little grocery shopping. We were back home around 7:30 pm. It was a fun day after all. Lot more exciting than doing my laundry.

Thursday is another day off... I guess I'll get to do laundry then. *sigh*

   Jingle bells!!!!

Well, it's Christmas! Whee!!! I hope everyone is having a good time with their families, friends and other loved ones.

We had Christmas dinner this noon at our house. Only 7 members of the family were missing! The attending members of the family were as follows:
1. Mom
2. Dad
3. My oldest sister
4. Her husband
5. Her youngest daughter
6. Her oldest daughter
7. Her oldest daughter's significant other
8 thru 11. Her oldest daughter's four kids
12. My other sister
13. My other sister's husband
14. My other sister's son
15. Me

Missing:
1. My oldest brother
2. My oldest brother's wife
3. My oldest brother's daughter
4. My oldest brother's daughter's husband
5. My oldest brother's son
6. My oldest brother's son's girlfriend
7. My other brother (he was sleeping because he works nights)

So... if we all had been in attendance, there would have been 22 people in our house!!!! Eeek! That's a buttload of bodies!

3. Disney's Robin Hood DVD from Mom & Dad
4. a pop-up, light-up magnifying glass from Mom & Dad

6. a lump of chocolate that looks like a lump of coal from my sister

Once again, a Christmas went by where I expected a new bathrobe and didn't get it! Don't get me wrong, I need a new bathrobe... badly!

Well, It's 6:40 pm now. I'm at work and it's so very very quiet. Not much going on here tonight! I'm actually not working with the little psycho for a change. It's amazing. I worked with him Saturday and don't have to deal with him again until the 3rd of January! I feel like I got a Christmas present from the boss with the schedule!!! *swoons*

I think I'm gonna find something interesting to do now. But first... sites will be visited!

   Another Saturday night...

Well, here it is, another Saturday night at work. I'm hungry right now, so I'm gonna cut this short, but not as short as that last post.

I'm coming off of three days off, so I'm really not in the mood to work. I stayed at home Wednesday & Thursday. Friday I had to get out of the house, so I went to SUX with my brother. We avoided the mall, but hit Walmart, Acme Comics and Staples.

So, now the Christmas weekend is upon us. My sister from Council Bluffs arrived this afternoon with her husband & son. They'll be here until Monday. I have tomorrow off, so we'll have some family fun then.

I may or may not post tomorrow, so I hope everyone has a great Christmas!!!

I'm goofing off again. I'm actually at home, finishing off the first of three days off in a row! Woohoo! I was so glad I'm home because the weather is icky! It's been raining all day. It's December and I live in the northwest corner of Iowa. That usually means ice. It's supposed to turn to snow sometime tonight or tomorrow. I just hope my brother gets home from work for his day off on Friday. Good thing we both work in a motel, eh?

Well, I spent today doing truly mundane stuff. Laundry and making Christmas gifty things. It actually was kind of fun not having anything really important to do. I also wrapped up some presents. Whee!!!

Sorry, I'm in a bit of a silly mood right now. I should probably finish reading my email and go to bed. Yeah... like that will happen soon.

   Arrrrgh!

The weather is supposed to turn crappy. I hope it waits until after midnight to do that so I can get home after work. I don't want to be stuck here on my days off!!!! I have three days in a row off and I want to spend them at home doing Christmas-y stuff!!!

The voices in my head are shouting "Shut up! Shut up! Shut up!" again. Guess who I'm working with! Yep. The little psycho as usual. See yesterday's post for an explanation of who he is.

I finally got all my Christmas shopping done. Now I have not a lot of money left for the rest of the month. That's what really sucks about having a huge loan payment due at the same time as Christmas shopping!

Well, then. I've been to all sites that were updated today before 7:30 pm CST. I've read all my email. I've even done some tidying up of some of my email. I still have 3 hours and 22 minutes before the end of my shift. Now what do I do?

   Meh...

Monday night. Work. Nothing else interesting.

And for those who asked: the little psycho is the one guy that I'm forced to work with most of the time. He is an emotionally unstable chatterbox. He's very desparate when it comes to finding a woman. However, most women find him either socially repulsive or an easy mark for taking advantage of him. Ninety-nine per cent of the time I work with him, the little voice in my head is screaming, "Shut up! Shut up! Shut up!" because the little psycho is either commenting on every little thing in the newspaper or bitching about how he's the only one that does any work around here.

Great... now I'm all worked up and he's not even here!

I think I may find something to eat. My stomach is growling and my Sweetarts aren't filling the hole.

This reeks....

It's so dead in here that I can hardly stand it. I know Sundays are quiet, but this is ridiculous.

Anyhoo... the little psycho went off to watch TV in the conference room. I'm glad for that because his incessant whining and chattering was starting to irritate.

So... how close to Christmas break is everyone? I don't get such a thing, but I am always curious about you guys.

Well, I think it's time for me to either read some anime here or do something else. I have just passed the halfway mark of my shift. Yay. It's all down hill from here!

   Another Saturday night...

Well, it's around 8:30 pm on Saturday. I'm at work and am mildly bored. I had some stuff to do earlier, but now I don't.

I had yesterday off. Whee! Went to SUX with my brother and finished off my Christmas shopping. It was a nice day.

Sorry I didn't visit sites or anything yesterday. I just didn't feel like even starting up my laptop. Didn't get on a computer at all. That was kinda nice, too.

Oh! Thursday night on the way home from work I saw Northern Lights and two meteors!!! I hadn't seen the Northern Lights for ages. It was so pretty.

Well, that's about it for now.
