Instead of a thrill-a-minute night at home, I'm now in a thrill-a-minute night at work. It's rather quiet. I'm seriously thinking of running around screaming just to liven it up here.

I could work on my Japanese vocabulary.... but why?

Made it...

I made it to sleep last night. Got up at 5:00... got to work at 7:00. Now it's 11:17 pm, I'm rather tired. But... iTunes is being super-pokey in the download of a video. I checked its progress a little while ago and it said "3 hours remaining". O_o

Now... it says 84 minutes.

I don't know anymore....

I think I've been neglecting this site for a while. I haven't updated here since New Years Eve!

I've been busy!!!!! Aaaaaaaahhhhh!!!!!!!

I didn't do so good on my goal to get a bunch of drawing done by the end of 2008. In fact, I didn't get much done at all. One picture... that was it. However, tonight I did get another meme done for deviantArt. I'm sort of hooked on those things.

   It's too cold for this time of year!!!

The seriously cold temperatures don't usually hit until January or February, but it's below zero again with seriously nasty wind chills. *sigh*

So, here I sit on my bed with the laptop, hoping that my feet don't fall asleep, and watching a movie that absolutely has to be watched every so often. I feel very good about the fact that I have seen this movie the way it was meant to be seen ... In a theater!!!! What movie is it? The Wizard of Oz!!!!

One afternoon about 10 years ago, I went to the mall with my parents on a day that they were working. I had just quit a job that I'd had for about 5 years, and was feeling a little blue. My mom gave me money and told me to go to a movie. I got to the theater and saw that The Wizard of Oz was playing. So I went to that and sat in the middle of the third row. It was great. My mom was quite surprised when I told her what I saw. So... If you ever have a chance to see The Wizard of Oz in a theater, go see it!!!!
