Yep. It's Sunday night. I'm at work. It's even more boring than it was Friday night. It isn't even 6:30 yet and I'm already through my email. I'm currently scarfing a bagel with a good thickness of cream cheese on it. I'll plow through a thing of peach yogurt shortly after I'm done with the bagel. Such healthy sounding food... *sigh* ... of course, I'm washing it down with a can of Coca-Cola!
Well, I just looked at the phone log thing on the company computer. It seems that nobody bothered to do what's needed there. I've got over $82 of phone calls to deal with! That should keep me occupied for a while. Well... it took very little time. Half of the stuff was from last night and was easy to get rid of. I could do it in one lump reversal! Bwhahahaaha!!!!
I had yesterday off. My brother & I went to see Flushed Away. It was very good and very funny! My brother's favorite part is with the cell phone and the mime. I loved the little slugs that were all through it. There's so many references to other movies through the whole thing that I probably missed most of them. It's hard to pay attention to the action of the film while trying to see what's going on in the background at the same time. Go see it!!!
Well, I think I'm gonna find something else to do here. I brought some of my Japanese cards along to work on my dictionary thing. I may just have to do that.
My sister is moving from one part of town to another. She had been storing some of my stuff in her basement. The house they're going to is tiny and doesn't have the room to store my stuff. Well, it took loading my car twice and my parents' car three times to get the stuff over to our garage. We were going to get a storage space, but my sister couldn't get ahold of the guy that runs it. My wrists hurt and one of my knees is a bit sore.
I have bad knees in the first place. I was walking up the steps in the house and stopped and turned to go back down to help my mom with something. My left knee twisted wrong and I screamed in pain.
None of us should have been doing lots of lifting. My dad has heart problems. My wrists are bad. My mom has arthritis. My brother has an old compression fracture in his back. My brother did the least work of all of us. But he did lift some really heavy boxes for us.
Well, that was the big part of my day off. I'll be going back to work tomorrow and hopefully I won't be in quite the pain I am now. I have to work with the psycho. That's pain enough right there. *sigh*
I think I will finish off my email now. I did manage to visit everyone that updated on the 15th. Woohoo!!! Go, me!

Additional: For your viewing pleasure... My newest favorite Weird Al song.
Yes, this Kitsune is dancing the Dance of Joy, also known as the Dance of Having Wheels Again. Onigiri has returned to me after four and a half days of being at the garage. I am even more relieved to say that it was only the battery that was dead in him and not the starter or starter solenoid! Yay! A battery is a lot cheaper than those other things. It still costs a bunch of money, but nowhere near as much as I thought it would.
Well, now that I have that out of the way, I don't know what else to tell you. Hmm... my brain cell is rebelling. It's functioning, but only how it wants to. I know! I haven't commented on comments lately. So here goes...
Caesar1280: You're right. I was feeling a little sick. I hadn't felt good all week, and Friday was pretty much the end of it. I finally got some sleep that night and felt a lot better Saturday and Sunday.
blackwings: Nice to hear from you again! I think the weird weather has been a factor on my sense of well-being. The warm weather and harvest have been wreaking havoc on my allergies, and it all sort of ganged up on me last week. I feel lots better now, despite a sore neck. I have no idea what I did to my neck.
So... that's about it for me for now. I think I am going to find something interesting to do. I'm at work and it's a little dull. Mondays are a little busier than you'd expect, but tonight is not all that exciting.
It's rather quiet tonight. That's not unusual for a Sunday at all. I've been listening to internet radio again. It's rather nice to have some music since they cancelled the piped-in stuff last February.
Well, I didn't get online at all for two days. I didn't feel like it on Friday at all. I didn't feel like much of anything on Friday, actually. There was a hockey game. I had the night off. I didn't go to the game. That's how awful I felt. Also... a lack of funds contributed to the stay at home. As for Saturday... I felt lots better, but just didn't want to play on the computer beyond changing the screensaver on the old desktop. It now says "Stop looking at me!"
Well, now here I am. I'm slightly bored. I have read three days worth of email. I have balanced my checkbook. I have no idea what to do now.
It's after midnight. I'm gonna post, 'cause I don't know if I'm gonna be on later Friday or not.
Well. I'm here in the hotel and have been watching Cartoon Network for a little over an hour now. I was happy that the InuYasha episode was one I hadn't seen. However, FMA was the first episode. Fun to watch, but I'd like to have seen something I hadn't seen before. Now GIT:SAC is on. I've not seen this one. I've not seen much of this show in the first place.
I suppose I should try to get some sleep. I'm still kinda tired and headachey.
Well, mostly tired. My head is on the achy side, too. Sinuses are still at it. I think it's a combination of allergies and weather change. The harvest has been in full swing the past several weeks and there's dust flying from the grain elevator. I washed my car windows the other night. The next day it looked like I didn't do anything at all. The weather has been extremely weird. SUX set a record temperature of 82 degrees yesterday. It's supposed to snow tonight.
Yesterday was a pretty crappy day in the end. After work I got into my car and it wouldn't start. Yep... Onigiri is living up to the first part of his name again! I ended up taking my brother's car home. My dad drove in to see what's what with my car and to get my brother after his shift was over. He managed to get the white beastie started and got it home. He also informed me that I wasn't going to be driving it to work today. He did manage to get it started again to get it to the mechanic. So, Onigiri is at the mechanic awaiting repair. I don't know what exactly is wrong yet, but my dad said it's probably the starter or the starter solenoid. He said if it's the solenoid, I should just get the whole starter replaced because the solenoid is like 70% of the starter. Either way, it's gonna be a pain in the arse because I don't have my car!!!! Plus having to pay for repairs, which ain't cheap at all. *sigh*
So... I didn't get much sleep last night because of being all wound up from the car problem. I get to stay at the motel tonight, though. It was either that or have someone come in to get me at 11:00 or have them get up to come in to get my brother at 7:00. I get to watch some Cartoon Network tonight. Hmm... I should check what's on to see if it's worth my attempt to stay awake.

Additional: Well... I got to see InuYasha. It was actually an episode I haven't seen. However, FMA was the beginning episode. I've lost count how many times I've seen it. I got the DVD!
Well, that subject line went nowhere and did it rather quickly. I actually had a clever line ready, but forgot what it was.
Anyhoo... It's 11:19 pm on Tuesday. I'm still at work. Got another 40-ish minutes to go before I get to go home. That's also 40-ish minutes I can annoy my brother while he attempts to work! Woohoo!!!
I feel a helluva lot better than I did yesterday and Sunday. Whatever allergies are acting up are still acting up, but I no longer care! The old sinuses aren't as painful. Just stuffy. *snifff!!!!*
I have no idea what my brother is doing. He's got a stack of papers and a printout and is doing something with them. I probably shouldn't annoy him while he's doing that.... But it would be so much fun.
Well... it's about 11:42 pm on Monday. I had the night off. I'm glad April wanted to switch nights with me. Sunday was horrid. I'm not going to go into details, but suffice it to say I didn't have a good night.
My sinuses have been killing me all day. I should probably go to bed or something. I took stuff for the pain, but it's worn off by now.
Hmm... my brain cell just stopped functioning. I think it's time to meander on...
It's just about 12:30 am on Sunday now. I've been home from the game for not quite 2 hours.
Saturday was pretty much fun. I didn't have to work. Yay. My brother & I went to SUX way early and had to truly kill time before the game. We ended up at Walmart twice in our attempt to make time go by faster than it normally does.
The game was good. The final score was Musketeers 5, Chicago Steel 3. Lots of fun. There was a salute to the military during the game. One of the Army National Guard units just returned from the Middle East earlier this week and some of the guys were at the game. I may not approve of what's going on in the Middle East, but I'm happy that they got home. I just wish all of them could come home.
Enough about that. The truly cool thing is that tonight's win was our 7th one in a row!!! *does a happy dance*
Well, I think I'm gonna go finish reading my email now. I gotta work tomorrow, of course, so I'll visit while there. Sunday nights are very boring at that place...
