Yep...it's official! April and I are bored!!!! It's Sunday evening at work and it's so quiet we can hear ourselves think! Eek. That's a scary thought!

I'm gonna have to go after our dinner here in a bit. I'm having a salad and she's having fajitas. Yummy!

Other than that.... there's NOTHING GOING ON HERE!!!!!!

Well, Friday was a nice day off. My brother and I went to see the X-men movie. It was good, but I think the earlier ones were better. I won't go into too much detail here, 'cause I don't want to be a spoiler.

We also did some shopping for wedding presents for our neice that's getting married in two weeks. We got her some cool stuff for her kitchen.

Other than that... it was pretty quiet. My Saturday will be spent like other Saturdays.... you guessed it! WORK! Wheee!!!

   Mom! Dad! Don't touch it! It's Evil!!!!

Here it is... early Friday afternoon. It's a day off again! Yay!!! Whenever my brother gets up, we're probably going to go to SUX to see a movie and do some shopping.

Work last night was entertaining. I had been to the mall before work and was greeted by the daytime driver with the words, "Are you ready to work?" I was wearing shorts & my favorite T-shirt (Entertain me. I'm bored.) and carrying a mocha frappuccino in one hand and my work clothes on a hanger in the other. I grinned and said, "Do I look like I'm ready for work?" I went and changed clothes real quick and started to work with a van run right away. I had a bunch of them last night. It wasn't really that bad, actually. I just felt sorry for poor April. She had to do all the work at the desk checking people in. We've got a convention in the motel! So, it was actually kinda nice to be able to tell people we were full.

I was going to have a continued list of my SonicStage music for you, but I'm in the middle of adding more to it right now! Wheeeee!!!!! I'm totally addicted to mp3s right now. I just wish I had a player that held more than 128 MB of stuff!

Well, I hear my brother moving around, so... he's got to do the normal wake-up stuff and I gotta do the download thing with the music. I'll be back later to visit sites.

   Just another exciting day in my thrill-a-minute life!

Well, my Wednesday was filled with so much excitement that I just can't put it all into one post. If you believe that, please scroll back up to the introduction area and re-read the part about sarcasm. Thank you.

I did read a couple more graphic novels. I've come to the conclusion that I don't particularly care for some of what I just read. Too wordy. And one of them had truly crappy artwork. I'm getting picky in my old age. American comics aren't quite my thing any more, I guess. I'll still read some of it, but I just won't be buying quite as much as I used to. It's nice that I've found the stuff in the libary.

I have come to another conclusion. I will NEVER watch my Kenshin DVDs in the dubbed format! I've been watching it online and have found the English voice-overs to be poorly acted, not fitting to the characters, and slightly obnoxious at times. Whose idea was it to put those awful Southern accents on Tae and Sword-Hunter Cho?!?!?! And the squeaky voice for Tsubame!!!! GAAAAAACCCCCCCCKKKKK!!!!!!!!!! Sword-Hunter Cho sounded like almost like a cross between Larry the Cable Guy and an extra from the original Dukes of Hazzard TV show!!! OMFG, really! Just don't get me started on the voice for Kenshin, okay?

This is odd. I've never considered myself a poet of any skill. Yet I write poetry and some of it isn't half-bad. I have posted six poems over on deviantART. Weird.... go, check them out: here.

   Chocolate Caramel Junior Banana Split.

Well, here we are again. It's actually still Tuesday. I did hold to my plan of doing little that required a great deal of cognitive thought. I played online for a while, got offline and then read some graphic novels, walked downtown with my brother, ate dinner, then yakked with my brother for a while until he went to work. Now I'm online again. Whee.

My birthday is next Monday. I'll be 41. Woohoo. I got a package from my parents today with an early birthday present. Here he is. He embodies a couple of my favorite things: teddy bears & M&Ms. I love Boyd's Bears, and I collect red M&Ms things.

Argh... my left eye has been twitchy all day. I think it's related to the general ickyness I've felt all day.

   I never did find Clive Owen.

Tuesday afternoon, 1:45 pm. My head hurts just a little bit. Sinuses decided they hadn't made their presence known for a few days and thought they better remind me they're still there. Of course, I'm being a little stupid today and haven't taken anything for the pain.

Work wasn't too bad last night. Kind of quiet, which is highly unusual for a Monday. I went in an hour early and worked about a half hour after I was supposed to be gone. Too bad I'm not scheduled for 40 hours this week. I won't get overtime for that extra hour & a half!

Well, I finally succumbed to temptation and started up a Deviant Art site. Someone already has my KitsuneTsuki screen name over there, so you'll find me as CrazyFoxMoon. Here's the link: CrazyFoxMoon. There's not much there yet. I'm just getting started.

   Grrr... stupid dialup!

I'm on the dialup today. It's not being very cooperative. I guess there's a lot of stuff I wanted to do this morning/early afternoon, but the lack of connection speed is preventing me from doing any of it. So... as I wait for pages to load, I'm back to my old trick of playing solitaire while waiting for pages to load. *sigh*

Work was all right last night. Not quite as busy as the past two nights. It was nice for a change. I did have a few van runs later in the night. The worst part was running after towels for the pool and getting spare bedding or towels for guests. I ended up headfirst in one of the dryers digging for towels. It sucked! At least tonight I'll be the one "in charge" and can send the other girl after things. That is, if she doesn't hide out in the room where she & her significant other are staying. If she does, I'll be rather pissed off.

Well, I guess I'll be going now. I still have a little email to get through. *grrr* Stupid dialup.

   I hate this weather!!!!

At least I'm laughing about it. It's hot and humid. Too hot! I don't really care for quite this much heat. It's supposed to hit around 98 degrees today. Gross.

It's Sunday. I must work again tonight. It was busy last night and we filled both buildings!!!!! Hopefully tonight won't be as busy. I don't know if I'm going to take the laptop along or not. Probably not.... I suppose I could attempt to study the e-commerce without the thing for a change.

Well, since my attempt at putting up a funny song was a bust, I have given you All Star Kitten Wrestling!!!!!! I think the contestants are Flash and Rico. It's really hard to tell. I'm sure the one is Flash. His face looks all black in this, but he's got a thin white stripe up the nose. Looks like a lightning bolt, hence the name Flash. It's really hard to see if that other one is Rico or Clyde. Don't have a clear shot of his chin.

   I was the kid next door's imaginary friend....

It's Saturday! I hope you all are having a fun weekend so far. I had to work last night and it wasn't fun at all. Rather busy. It's probably gonna be the same tonight. I took the laptop last night, but didn't even bring it out of the bag. I'm leaving it behind tonight.

It's warm in here. The humidity is up outside and it's gonna get nasty by the end of the afternoon. Worst thing about work: the A/C in the lobby died last summer and the company that made the thing doesn't exist anymore, so parts are nigh impossible to get.

Oh... I ended up watching anime the other night.

Guess what!!!! I'm bored again! Whee!!! This could be dangerous. It's about 11:10 pm and I don't know what to do here. I could go download some more music to add to that eclectic list I put up yesterday. Or I could watch some anime online here. That could be fun. Takes forever for the episodes to stream properly sometimes.

I have to work tomorrow and will probably work all weekend. That sucks. I hate having a job where I end up working almost all of the holidays. I wish I could find something that has a normal schedule!

Ack! Enough with the whining! I need to find something to do before I go nuts here! I've been to sites and left comments. *sigh* Now what do I do?!?!?!?!?!
