Chicks dig giant robots!
Went to see Transformers on Friday. It's way cool and a helluva lot of fun. Much better than both Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer and Spiderman 3! It's now very high on my list of movies that I must have on DVD.

And now, something I haven't done for a while... comments on comments!
JungWoo: I'm serious about the turnip thing. I also feel I'm being a little cruel to turnips by saying that. It could also be that I'm being kind to whatever woman would go out with the guy by saying her IQ would have to go UP to that of a turnip.
Iruka Sensei: The only ways for it to get better would be for one of two things to happen: 1. He gets a better job; or 2. I get a better job. I'm not holding my breath for number 1, as the man is almost completely unemployable because he's such an idiot at times.
Shadows Cast by Dusk: You don't know how many times I've wanted to do just that to the guy. I usually end up listening to that little voice in my head screaming, "Shut up! Shut up! Shut up!" when I work with him. Either that, or just imagining folding him in half and stuffing him in a cupboard somewhere... or a box.

The excitement of Saturday evening was kind of interesting. My brother & I were lying on the floor talking when the doorbell rang. I got up to see who it was, and the town cop was standing there. I said, "Waa?!?! He did it!" and pointed at my brother. The cop laughed and asked if we have anything to do with the church next door. Well, we sort of do have something to do with it, and he said a branch fell off a tree just to the north of it and was blocking the sidewalk. So I grabbed my sandals and went around to take a look. A truly huge chunk of tree is lying on the ground across the sidewalk next to the church! The cop said he was driving up the street and saw it fall. My reaction was "Holy cow!" My brother came around the house and said, "Holy cats!" I got the camera and took a bunch of pictures. I'll put them up in photobucket when I'm at work tomorrow. I'm at home on the dialup and there's no sense in wasting another half hour on waiting for uploads.
It's now past 2:00 in the morning. I'm going to go to bed!
