A few thoughts about this picture:
The subject: Hikaru. It wasn't exactly the picture of him that I was planning to draw at the time. It sort of leaked out of my pencil after a failed attempt at what I really wanted to draw.
The medium used: Copic markers. I'm still learning how to handle these things. I don't know... how did I do on this one?
The hard part: His hair! It wasn't easy getting that black to look so black. It's been almost two hours since I finished it up and I don't think it's completely dry yet. I'm gonna leave it sit out overnight before putting it in my folder with my other colored picture. The hard part could also very well be "trying to color a picture while watching
Transformers at the same time!"
The apology: Sorry his arm is cut off. On the original sketch, I was too close to the edge of the paper. Just imagine him holding his sword out in front of him or something, okay?
The question: What is it with me and drawing Hikaru wearing nothing but hakama? Reference
here to see what I mean. Okay...I know there are other pictures of him where he is completely dressed... but the shirtless ones... *slaps self*
