Okay... I'm safe.... for now.

Well, I did my civic doodoo, er... duty, and voted today. For all of you out there that are old enough, have you taken time out to do the same?

I must admit that I was a bit surprised to find myself in the "big city" and have to use paper ballots and fill in little circles with a special pencil. I moved down here from a town of about 1200 people and they had the electronic things where you touch the screen with a special pen. At least I didn't have to use the type that leaves chads all over the place!

Kenshin: Aha! There she is! *thwacks me in back of head with a practice sword*

Me: Oww! I'm gonna tell! Vash come here and protect me!

Vash: Uh-uh. Leave me out of it. It's all his idea.

Me: You traitor!

Kenshin: Now stop goofing off and start studying or this one will thwack you again!

Me: All right. *pouts*
