Sunday road trip!
We went to LeMars for lunch and then over to Walmart to buy catfood for Holler, the outside cat. We were maybe 15 feet from the car and my brother goes, "Do you want to go to Sioux Falls?" What the? Why not? So we got catfood and then went to Sioux Falls. Hit the mall and B&N up there.
At the mall, I found a book on cartooning that was originally $19 and was marked down to $4. My brother bought it for me. How nice! He got a couple anime figures for himself. They're fun 'cause you don't know who you get until you open the box. He got InuYasha to go with his Sango that he got in Kansas. The other one ended up being mine... He got another Roy Mustang! For those of you keeping track of my wanderings... Sioux
Falls is in South Dakota and is about 100 miles away; Sioux
City is in Iowa and is about 28 miles away.
And to answer a couple questions about the flowers yesterday: Yes, the two top ones are irises. No, the top one is not dead. It is actually that color! It matches the color of the bricks of the church building. Really pretty iris, I thought.
Well, I think I should find something constructive to do again.
