   Joims! Joims killed the Maaatians!

We went to see War of the Worlds today. Man, that was a good movie! It's definitely on my list of movies I want on DVD. The effects were great. Tom Cruise is nice to look at for a couple hours. Dakota Fanning did a wonderful job! It's been ages since I read the book, but there were things in the movie that are in the book. They did a good job of bringing it to the modern age. I'd still like to see it done in the original setting sometime.

I'm still having some issues with the computer. IE has been behaving for the most part tonight. I'm just a bit tired and easily frustrated by it again. I'm gonna do a few of the utilities after I'm done here. Which means I'll be able to get some writing done!

My brother's idea for taking care of the computer: Back stuff up on floppy disks and wipe the drive clean and start over. We've now got 25 floppies and a 32 MB flash drive, which is about 68 MB of space total. It's not enough and is going to take forever. I don't know about this...

Well, apologies again for missing sites tonight. I'll try to get to sites tomorrow if I haven't gone completely out of my head by then.
