So...how have you all been? I'm all right. Slightly bored at work again. I got called to come in at 3 instead of 4 because the girl I was supposed to work with couldn't come in. Her son has Chicken Pox!!! So, I got her shift and they had to call the weekend daytime driver to come in for my 4 to midnight! The downside to this is I don't get to drive again tonight. But the upside is I get to be home an hour earlier!!! Yeeehaaaa!!!!

I got my hands on the first Samurai Deeper Kyo DVD for cheap yesterday. It's used, and a thin, black line showed up in the last episode, but it played all right. My honest opinion: very very odd. I wasn't expecting the Kenyou aspect. That's not covered in the manga at all! Well, maybe not yet from what I've read. I'm only up to volume 11 for reading. (Volume 4 for owning)

So...The store where I bought that DVD also had volume 2 in their used DVDs. I'm so tempted to go get it, but I gotta resist.

Me: *hears someone creeping up behind her & turns to look* Hey! What are you guys doing? You're supposed to be keeping an eye out for intruders!

Vash: *looks guilty* Umm...

Kenshin: *glares at Vash* He was bribed with donuts.

Me: *looking at new guy* All right. Who are you?

New guy: *glares* . . . . .

Me: Won't talk, eh? *grabs sakabato* Maybe I should beat your name out of you.

New guy: *laughs*

Kenshin: Stand back, Kitsune-dono. This one will find out for you. *draws sakabato*

Me: *realizes Kenshin is much better than herself*
Go for it. *grabs box of donuts from Vash and sits back to enjoy the show*
