   It's 2007!!!!!
I was gonna have New Year/New Theme post tonight, but I didn't get the laptop out at all yesterday.

My New Year's Eve was fairly quiet. The rain changed to snow! Yep. It finally snowed. I think we got about 4 inches at home. My brother went in to work early... like 11 hours early! Dad had to take a blowdryer out to thaw out the doors of my brother's car so he could get in! (He had to do the same to mine today!) So, needless to say, I didn't go anywhere yesterday. It was actually kinda nice. I worked at my Japanese for a while, but ended up being distracted through much of it because we were watching movies. We watched Alfred Hitchcock's North By Northwest first. Great movie. I've seen it bunches of times. Then there was another Hitchcock film on after that and we watched most of it before starting up Return of the King. That one really distracted me! I ended up watching it more than anything. I was glued to the tube!!! We watched the extended version, so it was about 4 hours long! That took up most of the evening. I don't remember what we watched after that, but I do remember my Mom dropped the back of an earring on the floor and I crawled around to look for it. In the process I managed to hit my forehead on the corner of the table by the chairs. I have a sore spot on my forehead now and I can't quite tell if it's where I hit the table or a zit.

So, there ya have it. Not a lot of excitement on New Years Eve for me.

As for New Years Day... I'm at work. It's rather boring right now. I get to drive tonight and I've had a few runs right at the beginning of my shift. The last one was about an hour ago. I have just short of 5 hours left of my shift. *sigh* It's gonna be a long night.
