   Sending lots of love and happiness your way

Hi everyone! *hugs tightly*

Before I do anything else, I want to say thank you to everyone who wished me a happy birthday yesterday! *hugs* I was really touched by it and you made my day very special (by the end of the day I was crying, I was so overwhelmed with kindness)

I've never really enjoyed my birthday. I like celebrating other people's birthdays, but not really my own. I don't know, I guess that's just the way I am. (lol, plus I'm really bad at having fun apparently. My sisters, brother and Mom thought I'd lost it when they found out that I cleaned my room on my birthday, but I wanted to do something that I enjoy, and cleaning was all I could think of ^^;;;;)

Anyway, I am definitely thankful for all of you. Having met and made so many friends here is just such a blessing. I've never before had the honor of having so many friends *hugs* I hope that all of you are doing well and know how much I love you *hugs* ^__^

Okay, I could probably spend the rest of my life thanking you, but I should probably keep this post under fifty pages ~.^

Oh! My sisters are so sweet (and funny) My oldest sister, Brigid, spent most of yesterday apologizing because she left my gift in her apartment. ^^;; It was funny mostly because I didn't mind at *all*, but she just wouldn't let it drop. Today she went back to her apartment and then gave it to me. She's such a sweetheart *hugs her* It was the fourth manga of Miracle Girls. ^^ She is really too sweet.

My other sister (the one getting married this fall) I love her so much and I love talking with her on the phone, since she's much too far away to be able to see each other. We've been best friends ever since we were little kids (of course, back then she would often get annoyed at me since I was her little sister XD)

... where was I going with this. Oh! That's right! Lately I haven't been getting many phone calls from her and she doesn't answer mine, mostly because she is always forgetting to keep her cell phone charged. Anyway, the only thing I really wanted for my birthday was for her to remember and call me. By the end of the day I had given up hope on that, but then at ten at night (lol, for me, that's late) she called!

I was so happy and we talked for an hour before I thanked her for remembering to call me on my birthday and how much it really helped to make the day special.

And, guess what she did? She nearly SCREAMED and started apologizing- she had TOTALLY forgotten that it was my birthday! Lol, I tried to assure her that it was okay (after all, she *did* call!) But it didn't help that her fiance had remembered that it was my birthday and started giving her a rough time "I told you it was today, but you said no-..." It was really funny to hear over the phone. Oh, don't worry, though, they argue like that a lot and it's all playful!

Anyway, then they both *tried* singing Happy Birthday to me. ^^;; My sis can sing AMAZINGLY, lol, but her fiance really can't. So, he compensates by singing even MORE ridiculously. But, I was kind of glad he did. I really don't like the song, and the way he sang it made it a lot more fun. Unfortunately, it was so sweet that they both sang it for me, I started crying... she didn't understand why either.

Okay, that was really long and rambly, Sorry!! *hugs tightly* I guess I just feel a little random right now and I'm still so happy from yesterday (which is a very strange feeling for me ^^;)

Anna-chan- Lol, yes, the name of the art is long, but most people just call it Soo Bahk Do. And, I did make sure to enjoy the nice day ^__^ *hugs* I hope your days are sunny!

Kelsey-san- Well, I think I've been sleeping well enough. Of course, I suppose it wouldn't hurt to try to get to sleep earlier :P *hugs* I'm super surprised you recognized the name as being Korean. I'm not terribly good at recognizing languages, so I'm really impressed!!

Tiggerola-san- Awwww! *hugs* Little kids are just SO CUTE! <3 And that's really awesome that they loved the drawings! ^_^ I bet it helps that you have a lovely whimsical style that I'm sure they love!

Caprisha-san- *hugs* *^^* You can call me anything you like. ~ Does Soo Bahk Do really sound so obviously Korean? Hmm, we have to learn a lot of Korean words so we understand the orders in class, but I guess I've never really thought about it that much. Anyway, thank you for commenting, but be sure you get enough sleep!!! *hugs* No sense in getting too tired, right?
