Bruises fade away,
Put the pain remains the same,
I’ve put up all these walls.
It’s not easy to forget all the pain you put me through.
I may seem all right,
But deep down I’m torn apart.

I’ve been hurt so many times,
But this one seems to take the cake,
But as time goes on,
My life is at stake.
