depressed

im just going to say it know..im sorry for blabbing
yeah thats what it says..ive just had alot of things on my mind and happening quickly...and just to let you guys know, i have a mild case of depression..i take meds for it but lately ive been forgetting and so i go into the depression mode for a while..well..i have been having horriable nightmares..the ones where you can sometimes feel the pain..last nights i woke up in pain and bawling..same with this morning...my mom says that its because i havent been taking my meds and im anxious about some things..oh and also im a paranoid freak person..so i worry all the time about things..im also worried about seeing my ex whos coming back from veitnam..my grand mother for some reason likes to bring him up even though she knows about it..man this stinks..well i talk to you guys later.
