 "Wake up, (Your Name!)," you heard your mom wail from downstairs. "Ok!" you hollered back. Time for school again, and time to get back to your old life. It was just as it had been before you had met Xavier and Zachariah, except that you felt like a different person. "Love you mom!" you yelled as you went out the door. *Love you mom?* your mother thought to herself. She smiled warmly. "Love you too, Hun!" As you ran down the street to your school, you hummed a song along with the birds around you. There wasn't a moment that passed that you didn't think about the guys. You may have gotten rid of the insecure part of you, but you still had a hole in your heart where they had been. *Whats that!?* you thought as you looked ahead. You stopped to pick up something that reminded you of the past... A white feather..."Good LORD you humans have it bad! Having to go to school EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK is bad enough, but also having to wear these awful uniforms makes me want to start wounding someone badly..." Your breath became trapped in the back of your throat. *Oh please let it be* Yes, you turned to see two familiar boys in full school uniform. Without even realizing it, tears were falling down your cheeks. "Why are you crying girly? Thats not like you...""Xavier... Zachariah... but how?" The boy who resembled Xavier stepped forward."It was you who saved us. Malamute hadn't taken our spirits yet, and in your selfless act of saving the world, God granted your wish. We'll never leave your side again. I'm just sorry we failed you to begin with..." Zachariah began to speak. "Yeah, but were stuck here as humans for the rest of our days..." He paused, took a good look at you, and continued. "Well, I guess it won't be THAT bad!" WHAM! You hit him on the head with a frying pan. (You: Frying pan?) (Me: Well, its more like a wok) (You: -.-;) It didn't seem to bother him much... he was use to your abuse. *Pervert* you thought to yourself. "Now," Xavier began. "What was that about loving us?" Your face turned red."You guys heard that!?" you said in surprise and embarrassment. They smiled suggestively, and held out their arms to you. Without another thought, you ran to them, jumping into their embrace. "I love you," they said in unison. Xavier and Zachariah both sensed competition, as they looked at each other, and then at you with jealousy. To break up the tension, you kissed them both on the cheek, which caused them to forget the battle of winning your heart... for now. The platypus then jumped from behind Zachariah, and landed on your head."Oh, thank you dear platypus!" you said while kissing its nose. "If not for you, I might not be here!" It bowed at your feet, and jumped back on Zachariah's shoulder."Ready, girly?" Zachariah said cheerfully. "Of course!" you replied. You took both their hands in yours, and walked down the street together. With Xavier and Zachariah by your side, you felt whole, and you knew nothing could ever break you guys apart again.No not all stories end the way we'd like them to, but if we take charge of our lives and believe in our own abilities, we can make our own happy endings come true. (You: That was the cheesiest ending/moral EVER!) (Me: Every good story HAS to have a cheesy ending/moral that makes your stomach turn! Lord, if I make more to this series, youre going to have to get use to my stereo typical stories!) Thanks for reading guys! ~larain~(You love them both! A dark love...? A lost sister... 10 (THE END!) (for girls) A story of a confused teenager, and the twisted demon who loves her.
"Another day at that damn school... I can't wait to graduate, can't you (Your Name)?" Shauna said cheerily. You were once again walking down that same sidewalk you had always taken to school, snow falling swiftly all around. "Yeah, me too!" you responded with a smile. You both continued on without a word, until Shauna finally turned to you, walking backwards up the sidewalk with her arms behind her head."So, whatever happened to that Rex guy?" she finally questioned. "You haven't been up to that forest in quite some time. I was beginning to think that I'd have to chain you to me so that you couldn't keep running off!" she said. You chuckled to yourself lightly."I met up with him...""Seriously!" she yelled out in surprise. "So, can I meet this guy already?" Just as she spoke, a soft, warm breeze brushed against your face."Weird, a warm breeze at this time of year?" Shauna murmured. "He's here..." you whispered."What? Where? There's no one else but us," she replied with her nose in a wrinkle. This only made you laugh more."Come on, we're going to be late!" you said, while running in front of her. "Wait!" she yelled back. "You never tell me anything!!!" And you were both off full speed down that sidewalk, as the snow continued to cover the streets in white sheets. What few birds that stayed for the cold conditions sang to one another on roof tops, while a tall figure watched the world pass him by... a world he could never be apart of.(THE END)As I said up in the memo, thank you all for reading!
